My hot dog was toughish... like the meat part had been cooked to long... it had shrunk and become tough...roll wasn't fresh/or was overheated."I'll give yuz another go but cmon please help me fellas it's just a hotdog!!) to many pickles also and they were too chunky)Shake was great though)"

Super disappointed. Ordered 2x burgers and 1x box deal via Uber Eats totalling to $60. Upon delivery everything was cold - chips, chicken on burgers and even the bacon looked raw. We live literally two streets away so can’t fathom how the food could’ve gotten so cold. We also didn’t receive any of our sauces or drink as part of the boxed deal. I have called and left messages three times (one after our order arrived and two the following day) asking for someone to call me back but nothing. This was extremely disappointing experience and that no one has bothered to contact me.EDIT: Thankyou Brodies, I did that the same day I wrote this original feedback. Today, over a week since my original order and numerous contact attempts, I have received a $6 ?!? Credit to Brodies. No apology or even a phone call would’ve been appreciated. But $6 credit for a $60 order? Now you’re just making fun of me

Going to give 4 stars because I believe in giving people the benefit of the doubt. I used Uber Eats to get the food as I couldn’t leave work and was doing a later shift than normal. Got my food and I must say the chips were actually pretty good. The burger however (Chick Magnet) tasted quite good but was obviously microwaved which I’m a little disappointed in, I asked for extra tomato sauce on the burger, they gave me the sauce in a little container, probably because the burger bun couldn’t be taken off as it was literally stuck to the cheese. I appreciate the sauce though as I used it to dip my fries into.Definitely plenty of room to improvement Brodies, I hope you take this comment as something to work off. But I think it’s definitely still a worthy place to eat at!

Brilliant on the 2 occasions I've been there, staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Food is hot and fresh. The store is clean. Management are helpful.Only think I can say is: Uber eats display a closing time, I placed an order before closing time, and it got rejected. No probs with the shop closing at that time, but uber eats might need to adjust their order times.Like I said, that's not on Brodies, that's on uber.

The vegan burger is so yum it actually tastes like I’m eating a dead chicken. Their chips are yum as well.. be aware they are soggy but I prefer my chips like that lol if you want crunchy chips just ask and I’m sure they will do that. Also the workers are super friendly and omg the food is so cheap!!

Seriously, the BEST chicken burger I have every had. It is a real burger with fresh ingredients. This is by far better quality than other competitors.Price Well and Great service. I will be back

Tonight I had quarter chicken and vegetables and the chicken wasn’t even a quarter it only had a little bit of chicken and the rest was bone. The staff don’t really know much. I had this meal once before and they gave my lots a Vegs and a good size chicken. Unfortunately i will not be returning to buy any food anymore and I will be telling others I know not to as well.

Hubby and I had lunch here, nicest Brodie's we've ever had. Food was hot and freshly cooked, restaurant staff were wonderfully friendly, efficient and helpful, restaurant was very clean. We rate your store 5 stars. Well done Brodie's Eagleby, you Rock! Highly recommended!

My order was a Brodies Burger, a Gangsta Crispy Wrap and a BROast Beef Roll. The Brodies burger was ok but not as good as HJ. The wrap wasn’t too bad and the BROast beef roll was tasty but was lacking meat.
