Hired numbers 21 for my daughters birthday. The number 2 had a globe out We had to run back from the venue to Lombards to fix and pull the back out to reconnect wires. . There was no compensation for our time or fixing it .

This place is magical! Amazing products for kids party and special occasions, whatever your need is, its all available here, from balloons to glitters, you name it and its all here. Special customized orders for balloons are a treat.We ordered balloons for our daughters first birthday and they did a fantastic job and exceeded our expectations. Prices are reasonable, the quality they provide is amazing for the price you pay. Staff is great and always happy to help, a lovely lady helped us during the selection of ballons and suggested the best produrts to suit our needs.Parking is always available and location is easy to find.Highly Recommended!

Terrible service care factor was zero by staff had to wait an hour even the we book the ballons a month ago do not recommend expensive for average quality go some where else
