I came to this day spa after experiencing a significant trauma in my life. I was afraid of being touched and suffering from stress and insomnia, and was taking some medications from the doctor's to treat. I have had many experiences with massage in the past, but this experience blew me away. My therapist was like a healer, because of my trauma I was very nervous to have a massage, and some therapists do not understand this hesitancy. My therapist was so compassionate, checked in at every opportunity and was so gentle, I felt healed by the experience. This day spa also uses some unique products that have the most gorgeous smells and benefits to the skin. Not to mention the environment is absolutely stunning, with bamboo features throughout, the sounds of a trickling spa and soothing piano music. You end your session with a complementary tea, I had the ginger. Such an amazing experience.

A wonderfully relaxing treatment, I had a one hour hot stone massage. As always the rooms were clean and relaxing, and today the room was also warm against the chill outside.My therapist was attentive and responsive, and I feel on cloud 9.

We booked the Couple Massage (90 minutes) for $140.We were greeted by a friendly staff who took our requirements and where we would like our massage therapists to focus. They did a good job in making us feel relaxed, and the atmosphere was pleasant.My therapist focused on the areas I asked for, but my partner's therapist didn't follow instructions, skipped the muscle he specifically asked to be focused on, and made my partner displeased with his massage session.They asked for cash payment, stating that their machine wasn't working. They ended up giving us a discount, which made up for the inconvenience of getting cash.

Made last minute booking for one of the packages (Relax and Glow) - 30mins foot massage + 1hr massage + 1hr facial. The pressure of the massage was really good and the product used for the facial was good. My therapist was professional and amazing. Place is clean and ambience is quite relaxing with occasional sound of traffics/tram being located on the main road. Recommended if you’re looking for a pampering day in north Melbourne area (bonus: so many good coffee places in the area)

My partner and I had the BEST couple massage ever. Staff were polite, attentive and professional. We really enjoyed and will be back when we are in town next. Only suggestion I could make would be to have some music playing for optimum relaxation.

We walked in today and got in straight away for a couples massage with no booking. I have massages very regularly so while on holiday, I convinced hubby to have a couples massage. The masseuse I had was incredible. She had perfect pressure and the Thai style massage with the stretching was the best I've had in a many years. Thank you so much! My only minor point was the room was slightly cool, but still comfortable.
