Ricki and the Team at Doorpac Australia were fantastic to deal with, Ricki communicated well and assisted me thoroughly with variations and additional requirements through the project including some tricky custom doors which got spot on every time. Doorpac's products have been delivered exactly on time and the quality is some of the very best I have used. I highly recommend Doorpac for any fire door related activities. If you want a smooth program from start to finish these are the guys.

Disgraceful customer service, accounts and admin staff are probably the worst ive ever dealt with in the building industry, plenty of other suppliers out there, use everyone else before they deserve your money.
