Have been using TLC for years. Great service, you really do get what you pay for.

Terrible service. They charge more than double other local cleaners. They also hang washed linen in dirty garage out back which is very unhygienic. Don’t use them. Other local cleaners are better and friendly and professional

My partner and I have used these guys for 5+ years the negative reviews left don't do these guys justice and having a quick look often shows a one off incident that gets people heated in the reviews section.In terms of service clothes are always clean and ready to pick up, service is good and it is not in a cheap area so don't go in expecting Penrith pricing.

3 days to clean shirts and still not available for pick up. Terrible service and no care taken on clothing. For the price you can find much better just down the street

Do not get anything suede or valuable dry cleaned here!!! They completely ruined a designer suede handbag and said they have no insurance. I reported them to the Dry Cleaning Institute of Australia and Fair Trading NSW.The bag texture and colour has totally changed. It’s damaged beyond repair, can’t be used and has lost its value. They didn’t apologise and kept saying it’s not been damaged.

TLC Dry Cleaners Woollahra is a TERRIBLE dry cleaners. I have historically used them a lot as they were conveniently located, despite being EYE WATERINGLY EXPENSIVE. That is, until recently when I had a very expensive new blouse dry cleaned there and it shrunk. So badly I am now unable to even get it on. When I returned it to complain, they didn't respond at all following several visits and when I eventually got the manager on the phone, he simply said they'd never had an issue with shrinking silk, in 25 years. Ie. I'm lying and not their problem. It was the most infuriating experience as they obviously don't care at all about customer service and I now have a nearly new garment that I'm unable to wear, because of their poor service. Most dissatisfied. Would NOT recommend.

Incredible service - they treated my coffee stained wool blazer with the utmost care looks better than new

WORST DRY CLEANER EVER! every time we went there they either - did not have items ready on time, - marks were still on items and this last time they burned all the buttons off 3 x custom made suits. Highly not recommended. Disgraceful service

Very bad client service and irrespectful employee!My doona was supposed to be clean by 7 days...I'm on wheelchair, I asked a friend to pick up me doona for me after 10 days.It wasn't done!My friend took on his own time to be back a second time later and the employee was very rude with him!No sorry, nothing!The client is not at your entiere disposition!And say sorry is a minimum after a so bad service!

Really good until they weren’t. They had computer issues and lost an item, asked me to come back multiple times after they checked if it went to other customers. On the 3rd revisit I asked for a claim, but they didn’t have any forms. I left my details and 2 weeks later got a text asking if I wanted a claim form. Gave them my email, still nothing. Gave up, won’t be back.
