RACV Goldfields Resort

Probably the best RACV in Melbourne.There was no flaw while staying here.Stayed in the 2bedroom family suite 5/5, one of the most hygienically clean resort / rooms I’ve stayed in. Beautifully designed and just what you need.The food at the restaurant on ground lvl was fantastic 5/5 for taste and presentation.Facilities were great, games room, pool, spa, outdoor playground all very modern, the little kids room, up to date & very clean.Customer service fantastic.I’d come back here and stay again, great for families.

Was here for a conference. Room was neat and spacious with a deep couch as well as a lovely balcony & outdoor set to just relax & take in the fresh country air. Lovely rolling hills and a picturesque golf course to boot.

Well appointed room. Very friendly and helpful staff.Unable to use the 9 holes of golf in our package due to the rainy weather. Disappointing.

The resort is very nice and clean.Always quiet and comfortable for a rest.Rooms always maintained well and the breakfast and the lobby restaurant are good too.Easy to access to Ballarat, Hepburn springs and Daylesford.

We spent a few days at the RACV Goldfields Resort during Easter. We were in a Fairway room; the room is spacious, clean and bed are very comfortable. We loved the facilities, especially the heated pool as the weather wasn't great. We also tried a bit of golf and used the tennis courts (they supplied the equipment for both which was great). Breakfast was good (but could get very busy in pick hours) and staff was always professional and ready to help.

My family and stayed her for 3 night. The perfect place to bring your kids. The indoor playroom is lovely for the kids, it’s has books, toys, activities a comfy couch for the parents to sit on while they watch the children play. The outdoor playground is beautiful. Lots for them to climb and do. The indoor outdoor pool area is lovely as well with a spa for those cold days to enjoy. They’re downstairs dining room for dinner and buffet. Breakfast offers a decent amount of food. But if you don’t feel like dining downstairs, they have the bar menu which you can order food and take back to your room or sit on the couches with your family and watch the kids play in the end your playroom.The rooms are well-maintained and plenty of room for a family of four or five. There are also adjoining rooms for bigger Families. If you hold an R A,CV membership or have an RACV card, you can use this and receive a discount as well. We very much enjoyed our stay there.

Resort is amazing & worth every bit of it. The inbuilt restaurant ‘Three founders’ doesn’t serve professionally prepared food. Ordered Macroni & it was all mushed up. Couldn’t even eat up. The quality bar should be higher for the dishes they serve.

PROBABLY one of the best RACV of all. Great friendly staff, communication and hospitality. HUGE rooms + spa with phenomenal views. Big gym with free weights plus bench, x2 fixed machines, 2 treadmills and rowers. The Founders restaurant provided us with a great hearty feed The resort also has lovely pool, play area and secret garden. Great access to the well groomed golf course (+ buggies) with fun 2km kangaroo walk around the resort and access to a terrific mountain biking track !

Staff provided amazing service. Rooms were large and spacious with adequate amenities. Room slippers available on request At no extra cost. You have the option to go green and not request daily housekeeping that can be substituted for a $10 drinks voucher. Rooms were clean. Great accommodation option for a couple's or family holiday. I was here for a work conference. The conference facilities were great, catering was good.
