Please do not get your piercings done here! I was shocked to see a staff member doing a cartridge piercing on a young girl with a piercing gun in the middle of the shop. If you know anything about piercing you definitely do not do a cartridge piercing with a gun but only a needle. This company should be ashamed of themselves praying on the ignorance of their younger customers for their own financial gain. This is a retail store they do not specialize in piercing.

If I can zero I would have go with that. Worst experience ever. I got my piercing from there that girl doesn't know properly how to do. She was shaking and the machine was stuck with my ear. Later I got infection and I can't even see earring so I just been there to ask them if they help me or suggest me to do something but she was so rude and not even responded properly.

Worst customer serviceI’ve been there because an Indian girl used to work there (Tuggeranong store) and she was really very nice and she knows exactly how to treat your customers but yesterday when I was there I was surprised to see the way they treating their customers. I’ll never buy anything from Lovisa in future. Collette is much better than Lovisa.Wish I could give negative rating.

Terrible customer service

I went there to get my daughters ear pierced, they made me wait for more than 2 hours and refused to do it as one staff said the baby is too small to do it. They were extremely rude with us and after such a long wait didn't even do it properly. They themselves were panicking more than my baby. Extremely rude and ignorant staff. Such a bad experience

Good inexpensive fashion jewellery. Plenty of choice.

The girl working at 2:30pm Tuggeranong when I went in looking for a certain hairpiece was really nice and helpful. While the store didn't have the item that I was after (not a particular Lovisa item), she did give me a good suggestion. I didn't biy anything today but I have a certain idea of what I'm looking for but thank you.Staff: 4-5 stars (helpful, gave suggestions).Price of items: 2-3 stars (quite pricey for cheap quality).Quality: 1-3 (depending on the item some is really poor quality and not worth the pricetag)......Previous visit: 0 stars for a piercing that I got done in this store (different staff). The piercing wasn't even/straight and doesn't match up with the other ear. Also, the 'gun' they used isn't good. It pierces the actual earring stick into the ear. My ears and piercing were healing a lot longer than normal and I couldn't remove or add a new earring to the piercing much longer than recommended.

Got my first piercing done here on Monday, only one person on and she made me feel super comfortable about everything. She was very knowledgeable about everything and including things like which piercing would be more comfortable and easy to clean. They use a piercing device here (Studex System 75) which is neither a gun nor a needle. Would recommend for those who don't want a gun or a needle.

The two girls that did my piercing(didn’t grab your names!) were so amazing and understanding of my fear. One even stayed behind a few minutes after her shift was meant to end so they could be done two at once. Everything was sanitary and the girls looked after me the whole time!
