Oporto Plumpton Drive Thru
I ordered Oporto through uber. The food was delivered but the drinks were not. I called the uber driver and he said that he only got the food and not the drinks from Oporto. He said to call Oporto. I called Oporto and they told me that the drinks were also given to the driver! I said I just spoke with the driver and he said that he only got the drinks. I advised the lady in Oporto that this is the second time that the drinks were not given with the meal. It happened first time in drive thru and when I got home, the drinks were not there. This is totally unacceptable. Should have just ordered from somewhere else! Maybe my whole meal would have been delivered!

Important! FOR Muslims looking for a halal option…One of the worst experience I just had today, ordered meals today and they put the beacon in the Bondi burgers.. so be-careful ordering next time and would suggest to go another halal certified place to eat… can’t tell how bad it feels after having tasting beacon.. what they can offer you in the end is sorry so be caution ⛔️

Oporto Plumpton Drive Thru
Like this Oporto in Sydney western suburbs. Friendly staffs and always found plenty of available parking spots for friends and family as we had our lunch there several times. Food was freshly and perfectly cooked and delicious. Waiting time was always reasonable. However didn't like their coffee and hot chocolate.

I had similar experience before too from the same store but ignored previously.Today, I requested for extra/additional sauces by paying extra for additional sauces. All i received received is a standard burger.When called the store to report, manager was rude and wanted proof. Upon sending photos, he wanted to get burger back for replacement. Fine deal.I told him that I drove back to home which is 20mins away from store. He was like bring the burger whenever you come back next time. Terrible. Lol.Never coming back to this store

The food I have always recieved is nice and hot. The customer service is great too. I have to say the customer service usually is talking to one another and it's a little annoying but when I'm sitting it's not too bothersome. Wheb I'm waiting to get the food and leave that's when it's annoying abit.

The managers here have reached a new level of arrogance. Went here today after ordering through Uber delivery and spending $108 on 5 meals. Only for one meal to be missing. When I arrived there I explained to the manager what happened and from the get go, behaved extremely rude and had no intentions what so ever to help. When my voice started to raise and I started to become angry and frustrated, the manager then threatened to call the police. I continued to put my foot down and the manager eventually caved and made the missing meal. All this happened infront of other customers who also couldn’t believe and understand how difficult and rude this manager was being. Judging by post reviews on this place in seems like the management here needs to have a complete clean out and that staff need to start being trained better.What a joke of a place and a disgrace to the Oporto brand.

Worst food. Told them 3 times to give fresh food but they still gave already cooked fries and veggie patty. What is the point of giving the instructions? They were not even busy. Don’t bother to go there again.

Friendly staff and delicious fresh food. That's all you need to know. Go get some chicken. I strongly suggest the Bondi wrap meal. Great value, beautiful flavours and fresh.
