Ordered online...order arrived fine.double charged my account to the tune of $600I called when i noticed on my bank statements the next day.Customer service said they were on top of it.A week later and the transaction has been completed (not pending) and surf dive n ski now has $1200 from me.Spent an hour on hold to customer service today - no answerCalled head office - was assured someone would call me back within the hour.I got my wetsuits - that will placate me for now.However, you will never get another cent from me or anyone I know.Borderline criminal.
