Jace was prompt (he arrived 5 minute early for the installation), including the initial callout late Friday, and kept us well informed throughout the process.His work is clean and tidy, with nothing to clean up after he finished.He was prepared to fit an emergency water heater, although it wasn't needed. That would have been very important if we couldn't manage the leak. A weekend without hot water is not a pleasant thought.He's also a nice person, even my grumpy old dog liked him...

Jace from Bridgewater Plumbing was outstanding. We had recently had a very bad experience with a local plumber who messed us around for 3.5 weeks and put some very time sensitive jobs back a long way.Jace was exactly the opposite and we couldn't be happier. He was on time, sent reminder messages before he arrived, he did what he said he would do when he said he would do it, was extremely nice to deal with and was very reasonably priced!!!! We are thrilled with the job he did and he left the area neat and clean. Probably the best tradie experience we have ever had. Thanks so much Jace. We'll certainly be using you from now on!!!

We're very pleased with Jace's work.We just bought a new house and did a bathroom renovation with a different plumber who caused us a lot of problems. Jace came in today and managed to fix them all up on time, quickly and professionally. He also gave us some really good advice on how to manage some septic issues.

Jace from Bridgewater Plumbing installed plumbing taps and drainage for an outdoor area for a washing machine and also moved a garden tap. Jace was very professional, respectful and friendly. He responded to calls and emails quickly, got the job done shortly after I requested it and even helped move my washing machine to the new position. The work looks great. Jace was called out to check up the blocked sink, he was very responsive . After his investigation, he found out the root cause, and promptly ordered spare part and replaced it. He is friendly and professional. He has good problem solving skills and electrical knowledge. He is highly recommended.
