They are not punctual. Trying to get to this shop for the past few days but never open on time. It's hard for the working people to come to this shop before work as the timing on the website is not right. Waited till 0930 but no signs of shop being open.

I just saw a man who was so rude to the lady with hijab, the lady just merely asking for the proof of purchase and he’s angry for asking for it because he didn’t have it with him and he called her stupid and crazy. Anyway long story short, she ended giving them free replacement globes. I don’t think asking for proof of purchase is for third world country.

Customer service Is 3rd world country style. They have an outdated computer system and very poor customer service in particular with the lady who wears the head scalf

I went to this light store a few days ago looking for LEDs and other lights to decorate the house with. The worker there, Ibrahim, was extremely helpful in giving me thorough explanations on what would best suit my needs. I will be returning to this store in the future.

I was serviced by Ibrahim. Well spoken and friendly individual.He knows his color combinations, gives genuine advice.Gives genuine discounts. I loved shopping with them.I would highly recommend them over any other store.Their prices are most of the times 10% less than other stores( i have compared)

The lights in my house needed an upgrade but the light prices in my area were far too expensive. I travelled further out to this light store and the lights were of much greater quality and for cheaper prices too. I had an extremely easy time figuring out what lights I wanted thanks to the great customer service provided by Ibrahim.

The products may be great but I found it difficult to navigate through the store. Prices are not written on the products and when you ask staff for the prices they seem to get agitated and aggravated especially after answering the same question from customers before me asking for price for the same product. Not my fault that you didn't write the prices on the product so what else do you expect me to say? Anyways, after this I decided not to bother asking for anymore prices and left the store. Not worth wasting you time coming here.
