Komatsu Wacol
I’ve never had such a run around for a simple online order coming out of Wacol!! I’ve placed the order nearly 3 weeks ago and still have only received half the order. The website states 5-7 days for delivery so I have worked around the timeframes given on the Komatsu website and this has left me without a machine for 2 weeks longer than budgeted for. I’m talking about a two thousand dollar order and they are large parts so cannot understand how they have gone missing in transit….Still awaiting a call back to tell me where the rest of the order is!!
