Looking for replacement mobile.Service was friendly and agent was informative without being pushy - researched other vendors who might have been able to help us.Had to wait 30 minutes but placed in a queue and notified when ready.

Terrible customer service..they were happy to take my money for a new purchase but they didn't want to know about it when the device was proven to be faulty. Rude Manager and wrong information given by the even ruder sales assistant. Shame on you both.

I couldn't set up my Telstra app. The young lady had it done in a few minutes. Excellent service and very friendly staff who know what they are doing. Most impressed.

My friend & I visited Telstra Bribie Island store yesterday & were served by a wonderful lady called Shannon.She was extremely helpful & so easy to talk to.We will definitely be going back to this store :)

Went to the bribie store to ask a simple question about optimizing my account. Got put on a wait list. Waited 2hrs just for them to tell me they couldn't help me. Not even support could do what I was asking. Not even a loyalty discount on foxtel.
