I had a BTA hitch installed on my triton with this company along with a brake controller and Anderson plug. There customer service was great and price comparably to others. The technicians need to take a lot more care though. They scratched the hell out the side panels of the bonnet, the wiring was pretty lazy, draped across the engine ready to fall down onto the back of the engine and melt the insulation. Not a single cable tie anywhere in site. Thought I probably should just check the whole job after this. We'll 4 loose bolts on the Mount plates later and replacing a broken body clip and securing the wiring correctly its actually installed now. Not sure about the wiring under the mats and behind the dash yet. Scared to look. Clearly very little training or just zero care factor. Anyway I will probably not use them again, and would suggest to check the work thoroughly to anyone that does. Just be on the safe side and check. 4 out 8 mounting bolts loose, rattling loose. That would of caused failed without a doubt and ending in a serious accident.Can't fault the office people, they are friendly and efficient on communication.

Super happy with on-the-spot service and fixing of my tow problems with Range Rover and float combination. Great service, much appreciated. Problem solved.

Highly recommend this team, service was absolutely impeccable and super friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and when I requested to put on a cancellation list (to come in earlier) they were so accommodating and called me a couple of times to arrange because my availability was so hit and miss. They came in a lot cheaper than other places that we researched but definitely not cheaper service or quality of product.Absolutely cannot thank them enough and have been recommending them to everyone.

Interaction with staff was ok, no problem there. The overall quality of the product?, only time will tell.What I was not happy with was not being informed that a piece of my vehicle needed to be cut out, and that they were going to leave all the rough edges.Also not happy with the failure to secure the foam tool holder back in its rightful place. The subsequent damage caused by the seat is of no surprise (ran over the top of it).The electrical socket was not even secured properly (at least 5mm of thread still showing on both sides), basically just flapping around in the breeze.I was also less than impressed to see the fellow that returned my car to the parking bay, did not bother to clean his, black as the ace of spades, hands before moving my vehicle.EditIt has now been 4 days since my towbar was fitted. I noticed some random bits of wire hanging beneath my vehicle, obviously used in the fitment process. They should have been removed, but no. Even more concerning was that the bolts they were attached to had not been done up, not even finger tight! Yes these bolts help secure the bar to the vehicle!EditReturned my ute to have issues rectified. I was seen to promptly and things were fixed to my satisfaction.I get the impression that a lack of staff may have put extra pressure on the staff that were there, although this was not used an excuse. (I know they are currently seeking more fitters).Hopefully this is just a once off.If you do have something fitted, I suggest a quick look to make sure all is well - no matter where you get the job done.

Extremely happy with the service. Great price and installed very quickly. I also received a bonus adapter as my choice of plug wasn't suitable for my vehicle due to the reverse sensors. Highly recommend!

Top notch service. I couldn't take my caravan away for 3 months due to my ute trailer plug not working. I thought I'd checked everything. 10 minutes after I left it with them I got a text all fixed".
