Wow so happy I decided to contact Sascha, came out late in the day, diagnosed the issue in about 1 minute and then proceeded to give a masterclass in air-conditioning systems. So generous with his knowledge and care I wouldn't look anywhere else if I have related issues in the future, thanks again!

Sascha originally said he might have time to look at my car on a date and will give me an update on that day to confirm, did not hear from him until two days later. Confirmed my appointment today at 10-12, then he asked to change to 12-2 later. No show after 2pm.Text him after 2pm has passed, got a reply saying he didn’t realise the time and need another 2-3 hours to come if I still want it.He called and explained there are delays of other cars and offered to book me in on Thursday morning again.I appreciate he is trying to “help” as much people as possible and there will be unexpected delays in the meantime. But from a customer point of view, it is completely unacceptable to just wait for someone that is never going to come TWICE with no updates until I reached out.Imagine you have an appointment with a customer and they cancel on you only when you got there TWICE. How would you feel? Good luck with your business.

Fourth time lucky!!! All I can say is thank you Sascha for finally fixing my aircon. I have wasted thousands of dollars bringing my car to different places only to find that my aircon still didn't work. Based on a high recommendation we called Sacha and he was more than happy to help ( even coming out on a 41° day). He is very knowledgeable, friendly and honest. He was the only person who was able to fix my car aircon after 2 years with it not working. I will definitely continue to recommend him to all my family and friends. If you have an air-conditioning issue please don't waste your time with any other company just call Sascha directly. Trust me you won't be disappointed.

Very knowledgeable and friendly guy. Came and diagnosed the fault on my Rav4 - good communication - gave me options for repair & associated pricing. Once I gave the go ahead, he returned with correct parts, replaced the compressor and re-gassed.On-time. Good quality work.

I had my aircon regassed at a car service in Salisbury 3 weeks later no gas. Returned the car was regassed & I was informed that there was a leak under the dashbrd. 3 weeks later no gas again. Sascha looked for the yellow compliance sticker, none to be found, both valves were faulty, BBQ gas was used. Sascha vacuumed the old gas, & regassed added sticker, replaced valves. Aircon works well now, just wish I had used Ezychill in the beginning. Thank you Sascha!

I could not rate Sascha from Ezy-Chill highly enough. He took my call initially (where other businesses had not even bothered returning numerous calls and emails), he was in constant communication and came out to my workplace promptly and when he said he would.Sascha walked me through the whole process, he explained every step, was very knowledgeable, genuine, upfront and honest. Sacha communicated well explaining what had gone wrong. The fault was a time bomb caused by a previous repairer re-using old O rings. Repair was completed quickly and at a reasonable price. The A/C has performed well on hot days and long trips since. Thanks Sacha.

Was having trouble finding someone to re-gas my car especially being a 92' model. Being the person that I am, wanted to find someone who knew what they were doing.Sascha was definitely the right person for the job! Firstly, called him around 11 in the morning asking if he could fit me in today. Was unsure if he was able to due to another job far from my home, he however said he would try to make it today. Around 4:30pm he notified me he was on his way as it would be his last job on the way home, so already great customer service!Secondly comes straight to your house so for those who don't have time to go to a shop, very ideal! When he arrived, straight away he was very friendly and approachable. Extremely knowledgable when it came to his trade and was even explaining the whole process while doing the work on my car. Will definitely recommend him to friends and be calling him back again should the need arise.Anyone who needs A/C work done, please do not hesitate to contact him! Amazing service and knowledge. 1st time fix, no hassles. Amazing communication. Sascha is a true professional in auto and customer service. When he came I expected to check my car for the part needed and then order, but no, he used existing hose assembly components and replaced the leaking hose there and then.
