SpaMikayla

I can't speak more highly of my experience this evening at SpaMikayla. Being greeted with a foot soak on arrival to then move into the most relaxing space for an aromatherapy massage. Did i mention the heated bed dueing massage? Small touches make all the difference to the overall experience.The touch during the massage was beyond relaxing and so lovely to take time out for me.I then had the pleasure of some time in the infra-red sauna to sweat away any remaining stress. The sauna is in its own private area so you have full use of the space to step in and out as needed. Fresh lemon water and a cool towel are ready and waiting when finished.A lot goes into creating a space that nurtures self care the way SpaMikayla does. From decor to treatments to staff, this place has it all covered. I thoroughly enjoyed switching off and am looking forward to returning.
