Have no testers available to the public & do not accept returns or exchanges, even if you have made an honest, simple mistake during your purchase & only noticed you bought the wrong scent when you returned home. Employee I spoke to treated me with disrespect, almost as if she didn’t believe me or trust me when explaining the situation. They have no visual signage that states these policies & clearly have no empathy for friendly customers who are just wanting to an exchange a product for the cologne they intended to purchase.Wasted over $40 on a cologne that will not be used & left the store with a bad taste in my mouth due to the treatment I received. I recommend you buy your cologne & perfume from a different seller that can guarantee that you will be happy when you leave.

I went to buy some tabac deodorant. The person ‘serving’ me had such an attitude problem, was rude and told me that she had no stock. I told her that the lady at chemist warehouse told me that she did have stock, she went on to say that it’s in the stock room and she can’t fetch it now. I should put my name down and pick it up in a couple of days. Seriously!!! A couple of days to walk to the stock room and to bring the item to the shelf. Surely she would have a break at some stage, take a walk to the stock room and walk back to the stand with the product. Clearly she was in a foul mood and didn’t want to be there and didn’t want to do her job, which is retail. I’ll get my tabac elsewhere from now on.

Was served by jess, honestly felt like I was an inconvenience for her wen I was trying to choose a perfume. I ended up getting one I didn't like because she was rude.
