Why did i have no idea this place even existed!!!As soon as i walked in, i was asked if i needed any help which was great. So many things to choose from, great customer service especially!! Had a long chat to kimmie who is just so beautiful and kind.I assure you this is the best beauty supply in town. will be back for sure!!

**** WORST PLACE EVER!! ABUSIVE, MONEY HUNGRY AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!. DONT EVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!*****I am a salon owner who has used Kimmie nails as my stockist for my pedicure room for over 4 years. I have always been a loyal and trusting customer. I have always paid on time and have spent thousands of $$ at this establishment. I had a fault with my pedicure chair (bought through Kimmie nails mind you- and no warranty was ever provided) and I ordered a service from Kimmie Nails for the following week. I was told that I was to get a phone call to confirm the time and day to coincide with the use of the room, so not to disrupt any services.I get a phone call on the Tuesday the following week that the serviceman was ON HIS WAY.No confirmation call or discussion of a suitable time.I had services ongoing while the man worked on the chair- disrupting my services. He spent over 3 hours on a servicing and by the time he finished, it was well after hours of 5pm. He proceeded to stand in my salon foyer for what seemed ages until I came out from my service (disrupting my client mid treatment) to then be told I had to pay. I had no invoice, nothing. He gets on the phone, goes to his car and brings back an invoice and hands me a phone. I speak to the owner, Kimmie. She proceeds to tell me she is in the store (now it's after 6.25pm) and is waiting for me to pay the amount. I calmly tell her I am mid service, I am back to back with services (and now running behind) and my accountant/book keeper pays all the invoices and I assure her it will be paid the next day. The ABSOLUTE TYRADE OF ABUSE I COPPED WAS DISGUSTING. I told her I was sorry, but there was nothing I could do with the fact I never got an invoice until after hours (book keeper goes home at 5pm) and I could not do anything further til the next day. The onslaught of abusive calls were horrendous. She called the salon multiple times that night arguing that 'I don't know business' saying that because I received some scrap paper invoice I had to pay. I refused her phone calls. THE NEXT DAY WAS WORSE. I received abusive text messages throughout the day accusing me of lying about my book keeper. The calls kept going through to the point where I requested the book keeper pay it then and there. Kimmie then abused my book keeper, screaming at her that 'this is not how she does business' and demanding a credit card number for her business eftpos. My book keeper told her that my banking system had the Kimmie nails BSB account details on file and it had been paid directly. She also told her it was 2pm in the afternoon, and to calm down. She followed up by saying she would email the transaction copy to their email. As Kimmie did not receive the email in LITERALLY 1 MINUTE, she rang again and again. Finally it came through and she was satisfied. She then told me I could start a credit account for future transactions? What a moron.I am utterly disappointed with how everything went down. In my 10 years in the industry I have never had to deal with such an unprofessional, dismal character as Kimmie.I have spent 10s of thousands of dollars with this business, and the amount in total they disputed was $380. How sad. They lost a great customer for the smallest purchase I've ever made to their business. No one was trying to rip anyone off. I was loyal and trustworthy. It was just handled unprofessionally on their behalf, but you'd think some good will from a loyal ongoing customer would have sufficed. There are so many lovely stockists that will be far more accomodating and better to deal with, so make sure you never, ever shop here!

I’ve shopped online and in store. The range is incredible and the customer service is outstanding. I love their By Kimmie range—K Gel top coat wipeless gel is awesome

The ladies working here are so friendly and have great advice and the prices are so good too! Will definitely be back.
