Awful, aggressive, know it all ,patronising saleswoman following me around the store telling me how good both she and her stock were. Despite her alleged fashion expertise there was nothing particularly special in there and most was made out of hot polyester. Avoid like the plague.

I love love love this Boutique. Carla and her team are so helpful and honest. I now buy most of my clothes at OnKliff as i know i am getting a quality fashionable item that I can scrunch up in my Suitcase when I go away and when i get to my destination its ready for me to wear. This is a 10 star place for me.

Wow! The clothes here are made for real women, outstanding designs and fabric so good to see an Aussie local designer and manufacturer. Carla knows clothing and fashion she knew exactly what would suit my body shape and helped me pick out a great workable and fashionable wardrobe. The service is friendly and professional, i am a new fan! Love this boutique!

What a disappointing and humiliating experience! The owner of this store believes she is a high end fashion designer and was extremely rude and condescending. She kept remarking that her client base comes from Sydney, Canberra and beyond whilst looking down her nose at the customers she had in her store. “I don’t need locals” she commented at one point so, as I’m a local, I left without purchasing. I’m not sure what her angle is, but clearly kindness and some friendly customer service in a holiday town like Kingscliff is not high on her agenda. Avoid this store… unless you’re from out of town and live somewhere exclusive I guess! Perhaps she should try her hand in Rosebay.

From Bespoke to Everyday, Great quality and amazing designs - Something for all shapes and sizes. Carla and her team are my go to when I need dressing for any event. They are open and honest and so very helpful in making things happen if you need an outfit urgently. There aren't enough stars in the world I could give this store.
