Pretty disgusted with the portion size of the classic roasts that we ordered tonight from Kallangur Red Rooster! This used to be my favourite meal because you had a nice sized quarter chicken with the veggies covered in gravy, well that’s not what we got tonight, the chicken was tiny, and hardly any gravy. Instead of going to Kallangur Red Rooster, we will now drive past it and go to North Lakes!

If there was a 0 star option I’d chose that.Ordered a regular sweet potato chips and they gave me the smallest amount of chips I have ever seen, less than ten total. So I went in and asked about it and the staff were super rude, I just asked for a refund and they ignored me and left me waiting at the counter so I walked out without the chips or the refund.Super unprofessional.

Usually this Red Rooster is half decent... until today. Placed an order at 2:00pm-ish, I got home with my order, the crispy potato chunks were only half cooked, not crispy at all. The coleslaw tasted rank, wasn't sure why, checked the use by date, it said 4/1/23 4:53pm"... just 3 hours away. Maybe it was left out of the fridge too long?I'm not sure who the Muppets are that are running the Red Rooster Kallangur kitchen

Terrible service from the Kallangur branch. Second time now. Order was delivered over an hour later than originally stated on app. Driver told us that he waited for 45 minutes for our order to be prepared.

Discusting customer service. This place owe me $16. Other night I drive thru and place a order and when I get to window they say they don't have what I order and offer me replacement which was not appealing. Girl on window point toward car park and ask me to wait there. She was rude and rushing me. I said I don't want anything just do my refund she got the manager and manager want me to come inside the restaurant to get my refund which i did. More 10 minutes I wait and they could not process my refund and I endup leaving because I had enough. Next day I went online and put a complain about the incident and they never get back to me. Calling on restaurant number it continusly busy.

Yum yum yum yum! The only reason I give 4 stars for atmosphere at the moment is that I remember the seats being extremely cold to sit on. Or maybe that was just at night? Anyways the food is super super neat, chips are good, chicken is GREAT, niiiiice

Accidentally ordered to this store instead of North Lakes last night and was unable to pick up my order (as it was too late), however we figured something out and I was able to get my order fresh in the morning! Everything was fresh, super hot (as it should be), and I got it in record time. They even made sure to vet me to make sure the right person was picking up the order.10/10, definitely coming to this Red Rooster more often.Also thank you to Brianna for handling my stuff up well and figuring something out for me, much appreciated. :)

Didn’t get my correct order tonight tried calling however it’s been engaged for over a hour. One of the crew members putting orders together had a runny nose and and kept wiping with hands no tissue between putting orders in bags
