I love this store. I can't keep away from it. I love their candles and lanterns. My favourites are the blood orange and grapefruit, raspberry and rosewater, orange and wild berries and the caramel candles. Very friendly staff. I love the scent of the store as you walk in.

What's worse then no customer service and a rude and loud sales person. If you can't be bothered coming out from the counter please don't yell at me from across the room. I was shocked and had to leave. I guess I'll go elsewhere for my diffuser refill. Shame as I've received great service in the past.

When I walk in I am always politely greeted and assisted if I need help. Staff will always point out special offers. Also like the lifetime refills on the gas lighters and they are good quality. My only criticism is the scented candle stock range. I appreciate they are soy and Aussie made but most of the scents are floral. Not much in the way of more interesting spice, bakery, and confection scents that I can get elsewhere and that I prefer. Do really like their decor ranges and their seasonal novelty ones are fun.

Gorgeous smelling candles, not too keen on the cadelabras and other candle holders as they seem really dated. Stick to buying only the candles and at various times throughout the year they actually have nice sets and packs that you can buy as gifts.

Love this store, the only thing that would make it better in my opinion is if they had more classic candles.
