Had a recent experience shopping at the IGA, Thirroul. I have to say this premise is one of the tidiest grocery stores I have been to in a long time. The manager on at the time, not sure of his name, but strawberry blonde hair colour, was very polite and helpful when searching for some items.Will definitely return for another brilliant experience!

I do love my IGA. The young people who work here are always so friendly and mature. Also very helpful in finding the things you need, which they have many fresh supplied items to choose from. I took a bunch of photos of their desert options, as I was just in the mood for something sweet. But we regularly go ahead from many other non-desert related items. What highly recommend for your shopping needs and to support local.

Great local supermarket. Also very well stocked deli section. This is my go to place for unique cheeses, free range eggs, sliced meats and other goodies

Amazing product range.However I have been multiple times when staff are obviously sick and still working. One worker had a mask, but not even over his nose. I feel for the workers (young, most likely casuals), but I don’t wish to expose my family to germs during a pandemic. I don’t feel comfortable returning which is a shame as I love supporting smaller businesses with great products.

Had a great experience with the weekly shop this morning, we checked out with Ben who was very thoughtful, friendly and fast. He knew how to properly pack a bag, and carefully sorted the items into the appropriate bags which was an excellent help in the unpacking process.

What’s happened to our favourite shop in Thirroul - IGA. Vegetables much lower quality, not as many and much more expensive. Hope this isn’t going to continue or we won’t bother coming down.
