Pets Park Kennels

The perfect place to look after your dogs when they can't stay with you. Staff are very friendly and genuinely care for each of their furry visitors. I have used them many times and feel my dogs have been well looked after. The kennels are clean and well maintained. They look after cats, birds and rabbits and now offer full grooming services for dogs. Highly recommend Pets Park.

Not worth 1 star but cant leave zero. I'm know owner of 3 small dogs mistreated by this kennel. One of which died brutally attacked and 2nd dog had to go to surgery. Each sustaining injuries that were not caused by a small dog. The 3rd dog not returned to owner at the time promised because kennel's excuse was the car broke down. No communications to owner to advise. How could kennel owners not be checking animals and making sure they are safe and well whilst they are being cared for here? This Pets Park is not good or healthy for your dog. Owner just wants to make fast money. Please don't rely on the 4 and 5 star reviews that have popped up because they are from friends and staff of the kennels to make them look good. Shocking situation and if kennel owner just accepted responsibility and was honest instead of dismissive and lie.

Place is clean and tidy. Everything seems well organised. Heaps of room for the little guys to run around and play in a group and our two slept together in the same kennel. We are really comfortable leaving our pets there on the odd occasion we can't take them with us when we go away.

Have left my German Shepard's with Carol and mark multiple times. Every time they have gone above and beyond for us. Could not reccomend them enough! Fabulous service and always feel comfortable leaving our fur babies there.

We regularly board our 2 Cats at Pets Park and always feel comfortable leaving our precious fur babies with them. The cats are stable and in good spirits when we pick them up. Staff are friendly and professional. Thank you.

Great people who love dogs. Their new grooming service does a tremendous job with hydro bath and grooming. My dogs love going back, which is unusual for them.If your looking for groomers, doggy day care or kennels while your away on holidays without your fur baby, Pets Park gives the best they can for your fur baby.

We have left our little dog Ami at pets park often, you could tell by her wagging tail each time we arrived that she was happy there which is a great relief to us owners(especially neurotic ones like myself). This time unfortunately we had to have Ami put to sleep and chose Pets Park for her cremation They were so kind and professional, nothing was a problem to them(thank you so much Carol), you made a very saddening event from our first phone call to the delivery of our beautiful little crafted box containing her ashes delivered right to our door including a beautiful card with loving words for Ami. I would have no hesitation in recommending Pet Park for your loved animals.

We have a very happy 18 month Kelpie, who just had the best stay here. She came out so happy and not stressed as well as jumping over and playing with staff which is always a good sign.So happy with staff and facilities that she is already booked in for the next trip with a little Pedi, Mani and spa bath lol.

Cheapest kennels around, but in fairness they don't offer the services the others do. They are so friendly - they waited till 5.45pm (and didnt charge us extra!) for us to get there to drop our dog off!! We were welcomed by some other puppies - we were forgotten quickly so that we could get on with our holiday!! They checked our inoculation records thoroughly so get your dog vaccinations up to date. We'll see how were welcomed when we get back but they are true dog lovers!! Remember they are closed on Wednesdays!!

In March I had to go to Sydney urgently for a operation. I arranged for a friend to ring Pets Park and I couldn't be happier, they came out to the house to collect the 2 dogs. They looked after my dogs for 6 weeks. When I collected them they were happy and healthy. I would definitely go there again.
