I wish I could award more than 5 stars. The service is beyond exceptional from the outset to forever. My father has been a client for approx 15 years and cannot fault the service. Given moths fly out his wallet, and he makes Scrooge look positively generous, that's an endorsement in itself. My mother has profound hearing loss. Due to poor past experiences, she was reluctant to even consider hearing aids. With the generous support and ongoing assistance from Mr Kai Chen, my mother will experience a better quality of life. So will many others. Elena, you're a superstar and your customer service is above and beyond. Not all heroes wear capes! Thank you so very much!!
