Friendly Aussie Removals

After 46 years in the same home, my Mother finally downsized and was finding the moving process very stressful. She asked me to find her a removal company to transport her sold antiques to the new buyers and also, move her furniture and belongings into her new home (Joondanna to Balcatta). We selected Friendly Aussie Removals based on the local, word-of-mouth reviews and also the online reviews. We were not disappointed. Throughout the moving process there were problems with settlement and we had to rearrange the date and times of removals. Friendly Aussie Removals were patient and accommodating every time. Further to this, I’d like to add my strong-willed independent, single mother is extremely bossy! They guys were so patient with her (even though I am sure she was driving them crazy acting like a shadow while they were trying to do their job!) for that I personally am grateful.People are quick to complain and leave bad reviews when businesses don’t meet expectations but people rarely take the time to write a good review if they are happy with the service. If you are looking a removal company who actually take pride in their job, care about their customers and deliver a service that they promise, then definitely go with these guys. I can not recommend highly enough (and again, I’m SO SORRY about my bossy mother, but thank you for being so patient with the 72 year old!) If there was one blessing in this cursed move, it is that she was so relaxed and relieved every time these guys turned up to help her move (and she has so much Sh!T!!!! that really she should've just got rid off). Anyway - thanks again for looking after her and I hope you guys are still around when we move house (if we can ever find one in this crazy Perth Market!)P.S. I forgot to add, they also moved mum's furniture from Joondanna in Perth, all the way to Bunbury as my dad scored the left over furniture. Also for a fair and reasonable price.

Used these guys twice now! Amazing duo, fast and cheerful. I had more stuff than initially quoted on but they completed super fast and even gave me a slight discount cos it was so close to their home. Plus they didnt mind my dog running around either.. will only be contacting these guys for future moves :)

Great friendly service. Arrived on time and did the job quicker than quoted. Adam is really easy to deal with and incredibly professional. 3rd time using and not the last.

Removalist: 1 Star.The response I received when I called the owner was I should have ordered a bigger truck and I should have made his employees come back. Reality is I should have known better than to use them.I am an over 60 year old single woman, living by myself and I arranged for my 3 bedroom villa to be moved. The quote I received was based on an item list which I provided, they did not wish to view the house for a proper quote.On the day, the removalist arrived with a small truck. I had the couches removed prior so there should have been more than enough space. However after packing some of my items they could not fit their own trolley in their own truck?!?!The following day I had to beg for assistance to have another Ute and 2 car loads moved by friends.When I contacted the owner everything was my fault. I expressed my displeasure and was shouted down the phone. Told that as the customer I should have known better and managed his employees.Apparently I went to a butcher for a loaf of bread. $770 I should have paid someone else.

These guys are amazing. I can't believe they managed to move all my stuff from Perth to Karratha in one days time at an unbelievable price. Adam is honest, prompt and very friendly. Highly recommend this small family business.

Adam arranged our move at short notice after another company stood us up. His workers did a great job through some tricky spaces and finished the job quickly.

Adam and his crew have moved my family twice in the last 5 years. In addition, we regularly use him for our property business. In all those years and moves he and his crew have always been on time, very friendly and polite and extremely careful not to damage any furniture or property. Friendly Aussie Removals are definitely the best in the industry.
