One of the best nail salons in Canberra. You get your money’s worth and they last 2-3 weeks. The staff is also always friendly. I recommend them to all my friends!

Great service. I didn't make a booking and they were quite busy, but they still managed to fit me in with only a 20 minute wait. I had a gel full-set done, and it was quick and relaxing and turned out really well. They offer a student special, which I used, which had a gel full-set priced at $45. But they charged me $55 without telling me of the extra cost. They said it was because I used a certain nail polish, but they should tell you that before you pick your colour. Overall, it was a great experience but they could have briefed me on the prices beforehand.

The shop is very clean and tidy, and they follow COVID regulations. The ladies made sure to understand what I wanted and recommended me what was best for my nail and work type. The owner did my nails and they came out exactly how I wanted them, she did such a lovely job. Highly recommend going here.

Very talented people work here and my nails were beautifully done. They're all very friendly too. Definitely can improve customer service but other than that it's pretty good and the prices are reasonable too.

Waited half hour even though had appointment, the one doing the Pedi had to fix up mess from last time, time wasn’t any longer than anyone else , the manicure started to be sloppy with painting as it was running, so had to be told. They want to do whatever job they deem enough yet still want above full payment. Exorbitant prices, seems one of the owners was wanting payment by the minutes you were there, even though they kept you waiting. Also wanting cash payments, which with that they are not going to have to declare to pay tax on. Best to contact the Taxation Department with that information for tax evasion, an audit and the ACCC If they don’t wish to do quality work for the charging

I've gone to Vivid countless times, and am always impressed with the value and skill. I get regular SNS nails, and the result is always fantastic. Be sure to ask for a student discount, to get even more bang for your buck
