Dr Leaf is a refreshingly honest and thorough doctor who provides sincere care and pragmatic diagnosis. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a second opinion or sanity check! The practice staff - reception, nurses and pathology are delightful and professional.

Today, I had the opportunity to visit Myhealth Barangaroo for the first time due to an urgent medical matter. Typically, Myhealth Sydney CBD (Castlereagh St) is my trusted medical centre. Unfortunately, all the GPs were fully booked, hence why I scheduled an appointment at Myhealth Barangaroo. In hindsight, I regret not taking the time to read other patient's google reviews before finalising my appointment.Regrettably, my overall experience during this visit left me dissatisfied. I encountered unprofessional behavior and an unsatisfactory attitude from the receptionists, particularly Emily, which greatly impacted my perception of the medical centre. Emily's bossy tone conveyed a lack of respect towards me as a patient seeking medical assistance and support. Furthermore, I must draw attention to a misleading conversation that occurred during a phone call prior to my appointment. One of the receptionists provided information that led me to believe my gap payment would amount to $40 (after a $39.75 benefit deduction). This information influenced my decision to proceed with the appointment, as it aligned with the typical payment I would make at Myhealth Sydney CBD. To my surprise, I discovered that the actual payment amount quoted was $50. This inconsistency not only caused inconvenience but also undermined my confidence in the clinic's accuracy and reliability. As a patient, I found it to be a highly misleading experience.Regarding my interaction with Dr. Jaime Juarez, I found it to be average. Upon reviewing the Statement of Claim, I noticed that the consultation was billed as Item 23, Surgery consultation

We received excellent medical service an advise from My Health Bangaroo - Dr Leaf.For us, it gives us peace of mind knowing the health advise and service given by Dr. David Leaf over a number of years has always been thorough. Our diagnosis is always explained and steps recommended for treatment. The service received has always been professional, courteous and most importantly very knowledgeable.

Dr Maria Kalguya is such a wonderful doctor. She is attentive, professional and excellence in what she does. She understands the patient very well and provide excellence care. She was able to help me recover with my health issues and i was able to intergrate back to the society to work through improvements with my health. I really like this Medical Centre and I have tried many in the CBD. The clinic is never too busy and they never make you wait more than 10 minutes.The receptionists are very helpful and professional; there is never any attitude that you get from other clinics.I have seen Dr. Leaf here before and he was very good. He provided sound advice and was easy to talk to, and didn't rush me.I started seeing Dr. Hana Wills, firstly via a teleconsult and she was incredibly friendly, easygoing and helpful, so I decided to book her in for a face-to-face consult. She is a great doctor and very efficient, providing comprehensive information, explanations and sound advice, with a warm and open approach. Again, she did not rush me out like other doctors do. It was a pleasant experience and she will be my 'go-to' female Doctor. I just wish she worked more days in the clinic.The nurses administering vaccines are also great. Best Medical Centre in the CBD, but you have to now pay a gap fee. It used to be Bulk-Billed.It is also located in a very nice area of the CBD.Update on the 9th May - I saw Dr. Mark Toppin today and he was wonderful. Friendly, empathetic and knowledgeable. What a great doctor and so very informative and helpful. He is also one of the few who fully bulk bills existing patients of the clinic. It's a massive plus.It's great to know that there are still some decent doctors around who aren't just trying to get you in and out as quickly as possible and trying to make quick money. Most of the Medical Centres in the CBD have a problem. Either that they treat you like another number and try to get you in and out as quickly as possible, or that they are rude and aloof, or that they are nice but are useless, or that they make you wait 45 mins or more, or that they overcharge you, or a combination of all the above.I can't speak more highly of this Medical Centre and will make this my first choice!

Highly recommend this practice. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable - Dr Toppin has been my GP for years and couldn’t be better. When he’s not available I have always been impressed with any other doctor I’ve seen.

Myself and my wife have been going to this practice for a few years and we find it terrific. Dr Mark Toppin is an outstanding GP - thorough and kind and very knowledgeable and logical. Best GP ever! I’ve also seen Dr Ian Tse and Dr David Leaf who are also excellent. Couldn’t recommend this practice more highly.

Dr Ian is one of the best doctors I have ever come across. He is caring, knowledgeable and kind. This clinic has always been above average and every doctor I have come across here seems to care and actually listen. The booking system works well and I have always been in and out in a timely manner which is convenient as it is close to work. I am very happy I found Myhealth Barangaroo.

I've been going to MyHealth Barangaroo for years, and I've always had a positive experience. From the front desk to the various medical professionals I've seen, everybody has been great. And the proximity to Wynyard makes it super convenient.
