I have been renting a device, and have found their service to be ordinary at best, the mask I was given was the wrong size, was having trouble sleeping with the machine. No follow up phone calls from them. Had to go to another store for assistance. The consultant at Mitcham was not very reassuring, when I went back for my second appointment.

Visiting Melbourne I forgot my CPAP. Visited Resmed in Mitchum and was looked after by Lisa. Fantastic service and I was in and out in 20 minutes. Excellent service

I’ve been suffering from Sleep Apnea for many years now. I have purchased two machines over the years from MCS. They are extremely helpful and understanding. Whenever I call upon them they help me out be it with machines, masks, stats or advice. I cannot recommend them enough. You can get machines online, you can get your stats online but you can’t get service online and sometimes a quick chat can save you a lot of money and more importantly improve your treatment. They have many of the major brand machines AND SUPPORT THEM - that is important. People will have different experiences with CPAP and they may take out their frustrations on the sleep center if they fail. I see one reviewer (with bad spelling) saying they harass you with emails. That’s not correct, you don’t want to receive emails... Unsubscribe! I’m happy and I think they deserve a better rating. 5 stars from me. Mark C.

I was recently diagnosed with a sleeping issue that requires a CPAP machine. Adrian at MCS Sleep & Snoring solutions was an absolute legend - taking me through the initial trial rental process, finding the right mask and ultimately guiding me through the purchase. I'm now the happy owner of a my very own, properly setup and comfortable CPAP machine. Their experience on all the stuff that makes a huge difference on comfort and effectiveness really shows. The whole process was carried out in a well-organised and professional manner - and while I tend not to leave reviews, I felt this was absolutely warranted.
