Terrible customer service, took 25 mins of fighting with the manager for them to honour a price match Guarantee. And lied through their teeth and had no idea what their policy actually was. Whilst I proceeded to read out the policy they tried to tell me it was incorrect and website needs updating ... Had to mention accc before they did the price match and they said it was below cost which they cannot do but surprisingly the computer let them do it !Make sure you know your rights as they sure don't!

The Pharmacist Even took the time to ring the hospital to check on my husbands script. Outstanding service. Much appreciated.

A smaller chemist warehouse compared to the other chemist warehouses but it has all the medical thins people may need as well all the variety of personal needs from make-up to vitamins. Smaller shop but alot to offer.

Had very cheap protein powder there which is good (INC Whey). Good perfume and colones too.

Pls change your store signage and google details that you open until only 7pm. Stood outside at 7.05 on tuesday evening just to realise u guys have closed.

The customer service at this business is extremely poor, with staff either giving misleading information or simply ignoring customer requests. There is a complete lack of support or respect shown to customers, with their demands often brushed off or ignored altogether. The business claims to be resolving issues by contacting their headquarters via email, but customers are told that the email has been sent multiple times or that they are waiting for feedback from headquarters every time they inquire about a follow-up. This has been an ongoing issue for weeks and months, yet there has been no response from the business. When attempting to contact the business's headquarters directly via phone, they were unaware of the issue and refused to cooperate or provide any further assistance. Even the Office of Fair Trading has been unable to elicit a response from the business. It is clear that this business is dishonest and untrustworthy, and customers will only end up wasting their time dealing with them.

Disgusting customer service, went in for a script, paid the whole amount and only got half my medication as they apparently didnt have all of it and then was told by a smart mouth rude female staff member that I should manage my scripts better. I'm in retail and work with the public everyday and speaking to a customer like I was spoken to today wouldn't even come into my head space. I will never get my scripts filled at the Capalaba store again.As for the smart mouthed male child that was behind the counter mouthing off as well maybe you need to do a customer service course.I will be taking this further

5 star service from Monica , herOutstanding customer service .Monica helped my son to choose the right cologne , her listening and people skills are second to none .IMO peplum Monica should be promoted and put in charge of training staff definitely pull up the overall customer experience.Thanks again Monica , I hope Capalaba CW appreciate how lucky they are to have you
