I really love Studio Pilates Bowral. The classes are really conveniently timed, instructors are great and I seem to feel just the right level of soreness in the morning.

Studio Pilates International Bowral
Absolutely love this place! Tried several Pilates gyms before and nothing compares to Studio Pilates. Smaller classes with TVs give you a personalised class feeling in a group setting. Not the cheapest gym around but 100% worth the money. Highly recommend classes with Grace :)

The program on offer at Studio Pilates is perfect for stretching and conditioning the body. The team are highly skilled and kind to all who step in to the studio. Appropriate modifications are made to cater for all ability levels. I am grateful I walked through the studio doors and have made the commitment to improve my physical health.
