I booked a laser hair removal session here after finding a great value deal through Instagram. I received fantastic service and care from Rae, who made me feel very relaxed for my first laser treatment. She was very thorough throughout the consultation and treatment but good fun too, and made the whole experience a really positive one. I was very impressed at the professionalism and organisation of the clinic and will definitely go back :)

Unfriendly staff, I always being on-time until the outside was rainy & busy highway + no parking spot. I had a face laser & it always take 7 mins, you can see their real faces & customer service at this stage. They ran out of staff & rejected me because I was 10 mins late, instead of arguing, you could do my job. Why when I come & sit & waiting for my appointment you never think I am going to refund my money as you didn’t take me in on time.You can see their real faces when you need them!!! Do not buy vouchers from the Booragoon branch, NO WAY IF YOU WANT TO MOVE OR CANCEL IT. YOU PUT YOUR MONEY IN THE BIN.I was your customer for 2 years.Awful customer service….

I have been seeing the amazing ladies at Laser Clinics Booragoon since they opened. Always friendly and welcoming, full of knowledge and very helpful. I feel like they really care and i'm not just another customer walking through the door. The BBL treatment i had recently is AMAZING! Also the best for hair removal. I can't rave about them enough. I went and got lip filler and Botox a couple weeks ago at Laser Clinics Australia Booragoon, I have had filler before but never Botox and so I was a little nervous but the girls here were so welcoming and made me feel so relaxed. They went through everything from how it all works, to all the after care with me before they started anything. Alex made sure I was comfortable the entire time and gave me a stress ball to squeeze when it stung haha.I’m absolutely obsessed with the results and can’t stop looking at myself in the mirror! Would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to get these procedures done.

I had the most wonderful treatment today with Teresa! The brightening microdermabrasion was fantastic and my skin feels so good. Thank you! The brand new clinic is beautiful and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

I am so happy to have found this gem! The whole experience has been a pleasure. Making appointments is easy (working full time it’s a bonus to be able to get in on a weekend) the clinic staff are warm and friendly with exceptional customer service and I always feel like a VIP. The practitioners’ world class training and clinical skills combined with their experience has given me results I’m over the moon with. I can’t recommend this place highly enough.

I have been visiting the Booragoon clinic for several months now and have had a range of treatments. The clinic offers everything you need from skincare to all the latest treatments to keep you looking as youthful as possible.All the staff are friendly, professional, knowledgeable and most importantly very passionate about the products and treatments on offer.Most recently i've been having treatments from their new state of the art machine offering Broadband Light Treatment. This machine treats many skin issues including pigmentations, age spots and wrinkles, however, I have been having treatments for my cherry angiomas. The results are amazing. Several have disappeared completely and others have faded considerably. I have just had a second treatment which should remove them completely. Leanne has been doing these treatments for me and she is fantastic.For high end skin care products, to all of the latest skin and body treatments, you can't go past the team at Laser Clinics Booragoon.
