I love this place no staff member stands out more than any of the others I find them all friendly,approachable ,exceptional and keen to help out The store looks like the team take real pride in its presentation. It has such a great range of all of my pet’s needs.I have continued to find that everyone there from floor staff to groomers and vets staff extremely helpful even when there seems to be pallets of stock needed to be put out they’ve always stopped to acknowledge me and my dog and to o see if I need assistanceMy dog loves a visit here as he gets a little spoilt with treats and patsI’m glad to see that there are so many great reviews for here and thought I’d share the sameCan’t believe anyone could have not a pleasant experience hereHowever there used to be a guy there who’s name I can’t recall I really liked him as well.I hope that he’s gone somewhere that to be just as valuable to any other organisationThank you Petbarn Parramatta

I have visited pet barn north Parramatta Branch multiple times in the last month since we got our first puppy son.Shop has a variety of products, easy access to Greencross vet, pet grooming, and shower.The staff are very friendly, polite, courteous and helpful.

Lovely place, friendly staff. The only feedback I have is that the dog wash water temperature isn't adjustable. It's set to a nice warm temperature, but on a hot day, it's nice to cool it down a little.

Today I had to return a kitten after only one day because of serious allergic reaction happened to me. But, when I attended their building its manager called Sharon was so rude. Her staff forcibly took the kitten from between my arms without any explanation. The manager was rebuking me for not having thinking enough before adapting the kitten. When I told her the way she handles this matter is not professional she said I just care about animals not customer . Even when I thanked her, she did not responded. She is so rude. You have to Waite for staff longer than is normal approaching you sulky. Enjoy your new experience with them

My number one retailer for my pets! I'm thankful they are located walking distance from my home. The staff all have a genuine affinity for pets, and a special mention to Jess as the welfare of animals is a passion of hers.N. Henning

Generally more expensive than other pet shops I've found. Some staff have very little idea, others are good.But the most disappointing thing however is that I've spent so much money in that place on dog food and a fancy dog kennel, and then recently I bought some fish to add to my large tank. One of the fish died after 5 weeks and because it's out of the 30 day policy I was not given a store credit for it. I know how to look after my fish and had them in a quarantine tank prior to protect my big tank. I've done everything right and one of those new fish died they said no to a store credit. I'd rather keep a customer happy and say no problem we'll add a credit then to say no to a customer who has a decent relationship with the company.

The staff are really friendly and helpful. The groomed and Vet onsight are super convenient. My only complaint is that the cat treats aren't near the catfood. I wish they were in the same spot.

My go to place to buy cat food and items. Staff are always cheerful. Items are cheaper if you have pet barn membership.A big store.
