With 40 leasing transactions carried out by myself in the past 6 months during the COVID CRISIS along with 6 successful Auctions and other sales there may be a day or 2 delay in a phone call response however i kept this potential tenant informed from the start of the owners expectations and kept communication lines open. The owner made a decision to not proceed with this tenant because she felt he was going to be difficult. I responded to all messages however this complainant did not like the final response.
