Went to buy a moto battery for a local Vespa rider and received awesome service, not only that they lent us a ramp for a recovery of a classic Vespa hidden in the bushes over 50kms away. What more can you ask for! Great people with a heart of gold

I purchased a brand new motorbike and it was all good until I found out there were no tools and books with the bike, called them (I won't name the person) and I was told it will be sent next week and that next week never came, its now over a month I am still waiting for the items. After that to date I have been making calls on this person's mobile and sending lot of texts but this person now doesn't even answer the calls or texts. If you have lost the items then Man up and tell me you have lost it and we will compensate or organise it for you but no you won't now pickup my phone. Shame on this type of service.

I’ve had one transaction with Alpine, I asked for a new set of Michelin Road 6 GTs to be fitted to my FJR1300, they fitted wrong size and not GT version. Careless workmanship, never again

Went in to purchase a helmet from the guys at Alpine Motorcycles Wangaratta and received amazing service. The man assisted in checking the fitment of the helmet and recommended the most suitable helmets for my uses. The pricing was also very, very competitive.
