Mandurah City Removals

This is the second time I have used MCR in 18 months and both times the men were on time and worked non-stop. They were respectful with my possessions and happily put my furniture in the correct location in the new house. Would highly recommend them.

I hired MCR to move furniture in 2018, while moving the furniture into the new house they damaged my property (two holes in the wall, one was down to the steel framing) aswell as some other small issues that I didn’t raise with them as I was focused on having the walls fixed.I had the removalists note the damage on the invoice to ensure it was documented and was told it would be rectified in a week or two... no big deal.Throughout the next two months I contacted them a half dozen times and was continually told it would be fixed and they were just understaffed. Frustrating but understandable over Christmas.After a further few weeks without contact I sent a notice giving one weeks notice to rectify the damage or I would escalate. This seemed to work and a removalist was out within a few days.He smacked some putty in the holes, waited for it to dry, attempted to sand it but it was too wet then told my partner he would be back within two days to finish the job, after seeming surprised I expected it to be painted and restored to its original condition, not just sanded back plaster.It’s been a few weeks now and nothing.... I have reached out in writing with no response.I 100% would recommend not using MCR and finding another removalists the 1. Takes care, 2. Fixes there mistakes, 3. Is adequately staffed to run a business and 4. Doesn’t ignore their problems in the hopes that they will go away (? I assume).I’m happy to supply a picture of the invoice with damage acknowledged and signed by MCR, pics of the damage and the attempted patch job of anyone doubts my story.CheersN

Excellent experience and great service for our furniture removal and storage!Our house had difficult access, expensive furniture, stairs everywhere and various drop off locations but nothing was too difficult for the guys!We were very happy with their flexible options for storage and the cost for removal & storage was worth every cent!!They came highly recommend from a family member and we will be highly recommending Mandurah City Removals to all our friends.Thanks again to the crew at MCR!

These guys are fantastic. I had a large piece of new furniture that the deliverers refused to take upstairs (even though I'd paid for upstairs delivery) and left me with a large piece of furniture blocking the entry foyer of my home. I rang 5 other Mandurah removalists for help. They all refused to even come and have a look at it for me, even the ones that advertise that they do the tricky jobs no-one else will do. They don't. These guys do! They came the next day, did the job and a bit extra for a very reasonable price with no complaints, a 'can do' attitude and a very cheerful approach. Treated my house and handled my furniture carefully while moving up & down stairs. All done effectively, efficiently, with minimum fuss. Real professionals. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

We were driving through Rockingham yesterday when one of their trucks pulled up behind me. It was so close that I missed my turn in fear that it wouldn't slow down in time. I called the company office to complain and the guy I spoke with told me that he wasn't there to hold their hands all day" and didn't care. I believe this is some of the worst customer service I have ever received! At least be smart enough to pretend you'll take care of it. I wouldn't recommend ANYBODY uses this company to move their stuff. If they don't care about the lives on the road then they definitely don't care about your furniture. Hopefully this company takes a good look at their employees and figures out the best steps to take for their business."

Fast, professional and friendly.This is the third time I have used this company.The guys turned up on time and nothing was too much trouble for them. I required a special lift to get large and heavy items moved down from the top floor. MCR took away the stress and arranged the hire of the lift.I really can't thank them enough for the amazing service they provided. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs the services of a removalist company.
