Luke identified issues and made suggestions during quoting that no one else picked up on which meant we knew what we were getting into and our build had no surprises.Their modern, customer-focused approach to business was a fresh change and meant they were easily contactable and reliable throughout the project and we were kept informed with the progress and schedule every step of the way. Their communication was thorough and frequent, yet simple and straightforward for us to understand. Whether it was email, phone, SMS or even the regular Instagram progress shots, we were able to quickly and easily see how it was going, make quick decisions and receive fast responses that kept the project running smoothly and on schedule.We want to thank Luke, Josh and all the guys at Blitz Building Group. We hired Blitz to demolish and re-build our entire house, and really couldn't be happier. The company was recommended to us by a friend who has many properties, and so glad we chose them.They were here 6:30am every day rain or shine, which was amazing seeing we are far from them (North Sydney). The communication with Luke was always prompt, honest, and he always had different options when issues turned up. Their quality of work was always to the highest standard, and there was never any issues to hard to tackle for them, always very professional and they never cut corners. This studio project needed slightly unusual construction techniques to meet sound proofing requirements. Blitz were interested rather than put off by this challenge. They actively contributed to the design, and provided excellent tradesmen who share their enthusiasm. As promised, they kept the site very clean during construction.I would be happy to use Blitz again, and recommend them to others.
