Little Zak's Academy Brookvale

Both my children have attended Little Zaks for years now (since 2018) and it's been such a wonderful experience throughout this time. I love the facilities which are so bright, always super clean and a space that i feel so comfortable leaving my kids in every day - with so much variety from the epic playgrounds, inviting classrooms and the addition of yoga, soccer and cooking! It's honestly any child's dream. My kids have the best time there and its evident on the huge smiles on their faces when i pick them up in the arvo. I would (and do!) reccomend this centre to anyone i know x

We love Little Zak's Brookvale as the staff are very friendly and helpful and keep us updated. Our daughter is 11 months now and has developed so much in confidence, and her social and self-help skills in just 2 months! She enjoys playing and learning at Little Zak's as she is usually calm and happy at the end of the day. The facilities are new, clean and well maintained and the covered parking makes drop off and pick up easy! We're so happy with the centre and the pricing is affordable for us too. Thank you to the team at Brookvale!

Both my children have attended Little Zaks for over 1,5 years now and it has been a great experience!The educators are lovely and very helpful. My younger one needed quite a lot of support when he was a baby and they provided such good care.I really like having feedback in the afternoons when I pick them up. My kids love the playgrounds and activities they can share with their peers :)I feel they are very lucky for having so many activities available in the centre (yoga, cooking class, soccer and swimming lessons)!I would highly recommend this centre!

LOVE LOVE LOVE LZs.I highly recommend this centre.Educators are all so lovely and really wear their hearts on their sleeves when caring for the children. From communication to hygiene to the love they have towards every child..they are a 10/10.

My now almost 2 year old has been at little Zak’s since he was 7 months old. He absolutely adores his time there and we love the friendly caring staff, the communication, photos and knowledge that he is in excellent hands.

Very upsetting experience for us when my 9 month old baby started there last month. 2nd day in, his dad picked him up and found him behind the door soaking wet, cold, and unfed. My baby was teething at the time and had warm change of clothes in his bag but either they didn’t care or too busy to check on and change him hence, he was neglected and was probably cold for hours. That night of the same day, my son got sick and eventually got severe bronchiolitis. He was sick for 3 weeks and been to the ER twice for monitoring. I truly believe this could have been avoided if only little Zak’s was true to their words. Everything written in their website sadly did not apply to us. The educator on that day my son got sick was not at all passionate and caring. We cancelled his enrollment straight away and do not have the heart to recommend them to anyone..we understand day care centers can be very busy but they could have created a system to ensure all children are cared for and their well-being are prioritized.

We are very happy with Little Zak's Academy. Our son has been going since he was 7 months and his experience has been amazing. They are very kind with him, they encourage his development, and we always found him with a smile when we pick him up.Educators are friendly and professional, and they keep us well informed.Also, they have handled COVID situation very professionally and we are very confident that our child is safe there.

My 2 kids love it at Little Zaks Brookvale. My oldest is starting school next year and we will miss the beautiful staff and friendly environment of little Zaks when she’s no longer there. Everyone is so helpful and kind and they take such great care of my children. The food is fabulous and would highly recommend.

We love Little Zak’s Academy @ Brookvale so much. Staff is amazing, always smiling, caring and professional. The program they have is literally the best and my daughter is learning so much every day! But the best thing is that she always comes home happy and in the morning looks forward to go to daycare! The excellence is visible in all they do, from the quality of the programs, staff and rooms to the communication with parents and involvement with the community. Thank you so much for all you do!

My son has been attending Little Zak's just over a month now and is absolutely loving it. The transition into daycare was quiet overwhelming as a first time parent and also for my son, but Little Zak's has made an easy welcoming from day one. The team are very helpful and always providing feedback during pick up times. My son is loving it so much when I drop him off in the morning his already running off and sometimes forgets to say goodbye. Highly recommend this centre!
