Top Gear Gearbox Reconditioning
Bruce is excellent from Top Gear. I took my Landcruiser Troop Carrier into him to fix the gear box. I was getting quotes back from other mechanics around $4 - $5000 and Bruce did the job for $2000.Workmanship and quality was excellent and he got me down to the workshop when he took the gear box out of the car to show me what was required. This really helped me understand what was involved. He fixed the gear box and inspected the clutch and other parts of the vehicle and stuck to his quoted price.Highly recommended.

When I went to Top gear Bruce took my car for a test drive and diagnosed my problem straight away. He gave me a few options, something to try first, which was great advice. Unfortunately for me, this didn’t fix my issue. I contacted Bruce again for a follow up and test drive, he was very supportive again and I decided to get the gearbox reconditioned & clutch over a few days at a great price. Since I have had the car back it has been excellent, feels brand new.I would recommend Bruce for quality gearbox mechanical repairs.

My gearbox was completely destroyed and I was referred by another mechanic just before Christmas. Most gearbox specialists were booked out for weeks and couldn’t help me and this was my primary vehicle, about to go on a road trip. Not only did Bruce go above and beyond for me, he located a second hand gearbox with warranty for me and I was able to have my van back in no time before Christmas. He gave me a great deal and managed to fit me in a very busy schedule! I felt looked after and respected.Thanks so much! Will definitely be referring!

I can't put in to words how impressed i am with the guys at Top Gear. Their service and workmanship is second to none and their prices are competitive. Not only that but Bruce stays in contact with you throughout the service sobyou now exactly whats happening and than has called me after i have taken my vehicle home to make sure im happy. I have been to Top Gear a couple times now and can not recommend them highly enough. I will definitely be back.Thanks guys.

Top Gear Gearbox Reconditioning
Took in my 2014 Toyota hilux gearbox needing a full rebuild! Bruce was extremely helpful and even went as far as explaining the weak points in my gearbox and what he would do to solve my problems! Can not recommend this bloke enough absolute champion and was really well priced!!
