This man Abdullah was abusive and so rude whilst serving customers . Very angry man and he threw the basket and was yelling during he was serving . He need to be talked about his behaviour unbelievable . This man has mentalHealth issues not safe to serve customers .

Highly ridiculous . Every time you visit this Aldi at tarneit central they never open at said time which is 8:30… I don’t know the staff is always working till 8:35-8:40 inside even when there is a huge queue outside … today when it didn't open till 8:45 one gentleman just knocked the gate and we were told that store will open at 9:30 so even if website shows it’s open it’s actually not … if I had provision to give rating in minus. Would have given that

Aldi is my to go store every week love shopping there first and only get what l cant get at other supermarket. And heaps cheaper than other store with quality...few items we purchase ...

Large aldi store, stocked shelves, efficient and effective staff. Hand wipes provided for trollies.

Very bad customer service. Please Atleast greet the customer. (Wish they have self check-outs). Will think again before going. The staff at the check- out was talking too loudly.

Good place to shop. But always out of produce when you shop in the night.

Super busy Aldi always a lot of shoppers. The store is relatively large, so you can find most Aldi special buys here. The only thing is there are always too many people lining up at the counter, if you are in a hurry and just want to buy just some simple stuff, I suggest you pick the non peak hour here.

Decent, has some particular products you can't find in other supermarkets, but less choice

I had a very nasty experience today. Abdallah the assistant store manager absolutely berated and embarrassed me in front of the whole shop. I was paying half cash and half card. I paid $6 cash and there was $8.97 left on the till to go on card. Unbeknownst to me there was only $8.95 on the card. No problem. With technology nowadays it’s a 30 second transfer. But alas the reception at this Aldi is horrible so of course it took a bit longer. But honestly while he was walking around, banging the cash register, berating me and shouting at me and teaching me a life lesson on how I should have organised my life better and been a better customer and showing with his actions how frustrated he was that I wasting his time the money had transferred and I was ready to pay. But he still wasn’t happy. I offered to go back in line inside he refused. I offered to go to another till. He refused. I walked away and just cried and cried in my car. I had one baby in my arms and 3 year old with me.I don’t know. Is this a classic example of when you put a man of colour in a position of power they think they can talk to you and shout at you with impunity?Does he have impunity because he is the assistant store manager? Isn’t leadership about leading by example?What gives him the right to treat me like this?Could it be because I am a black African?Could it be because I am a woman? Or god forbid I am both a black African and I am a woman. I spoke to another staff member about Abdallah because this is not the first time he has had a go at me. This staff member said maybe it because he has two children. I have four children and I don’t treat people like he does.This is not acceptable! Abdallah, You can do better. Maybe you don’t realise that you are rude and condescending. But once you know, you should aim to do better, Abdallah!!08/09/2022.I received an apology from ALDI head office regarding this incident. Worst customer service and you will never see the shelf with items, always empty, Ridiculously long queue at the counter and only 1 person dealing 50 people... When you tell them that why dont you open the second counter then these days everyone has the same card (Short Staff) I have stopped going to this Aldi and wont recommend anyone to go there.
