Five Dock Indoor Cricket

I have used the facility few times in the past. I see lot of reviews here about owner and staff being rude. I haven't interacted with them much, usually I go in, pay money, use the lane/machine and be done with it. No issues so far. Only thing I found rude was the staff smoking inside, which I am very sure is illegal.The place is very old and is in need of some maintenance. The nets needs replacing. The bounce is variable when you are playing cricket. When I went there last time, it felt like it wasn't even cleaned or vacuumed.They don't charge much, probably the cheapest bowling machine hire in Australia. You can go to newer and better maintained facilities, but be prepared to pay more than double.

Decent place for the price you pay for 1 hour of hire its okay. The toilets desperately need a good clean.

It was good place to play cricket but need some focus on cleanliness and also people were smoking inside. Management need to more vigilant about this.

Cost effective I got 25 dollar for nets with bowling machine(cricket), great gesture, I offered money for extra time I spent in nets and he politely refused. Machine was good enough (jugs) but bounce was variable on short pitch(on a positive note that's how real pitch should behave, but we generally don't expect that in practice nets. Chips juice available onsite, parking took us extra time and we foind it on road, not sure how to deal with that on weekdays as the road was no parking zone for weekdays. Washrooms were ok.

Disrespectful staff who don’t even care about providing the proper service to customers. The fees are the exact same of the courts in Olympic park’s court of heroes which are maintained to a higher standard.Would give 0 stars to this place if possible.

The place very old, dirty the owner always drunk , rude , using Foul Language , the floor and the fence filled with holes , ripped carpet causing a lot of injuries to the players and Dirty toilets

My first visit to this indoor sport centre - and it will be my last. A grotty, dirty, unsafe, venue. Everything is in a state of disrepair - floors, nets, goal rings. The person on duty behind the counter was smoking illegally indoors & was extremely rude to his customers. An umpire was allowed to take the court wearing no shoes for a whole game. This centre should not be operating.

Two old times warmly welcomed by owner Andrew to have a hit prior to the season starts. Great rates and lots of energy around the place from a mix of young soccer players, a professional coach working with younger players and a very serious" multi-racial men's playing indoor - very competitive. We have already book another session as it was so good"

Not even worth of 1 star ! Worst customer service and worst courts in Sydney... Stincky dirty toilets.. Pitches are teared and never been repaired...

Could have given less than one star, if possible.Pathetic customer service, rude owner, always screaming, dirty toilets, dirty courts, and damage nets and whatever not.Your bookings are not secured, as they don't send booking confirmation email or payment confirmation, etc... It's all manual, and all records maintained in old school registers by hand. Not sure if their payment gateway is secured, too.In many instances, the center was left unattended, no one was in facility to deal with any sort of emergency, the guy was outside for dinner.Once we had to reschedule our booking, since then, the center is not been refunding amount neither giving any more bookings with us. They literally hang up call on your face...They don't have website, confirmation procedures, refund or reschedule policy... All just depend on mood of guy who manage facilities.Drive few km extra and avoid this facility..
