Jade was absolutely amazing, full of knowledge and extremely helpful. Talked me though everything and made me feel very comfortable. I’m normally quite nervous with letting someone do my hair but felt like I could really trust her to achieve what i was after (which she did). She was extremely easy to talk while still providing a professional experience. I’ve never really had anyone tell me what I should aim for in ways of improving my hair and what we should work on. Didn’t at all feel pushed to purchase products like I have experienced at other salons but still informed me on what products would benefit my hair and the goal I’m trying to achieve. The salon itself was so inviting with an overall relaxed but luxurious environment. The salon looked beautiful with a lot of attention to detail making it feel cosy but also professional. Was offered refreshments and was also brought out a Timtam with my drink which is just something little but shows they go that little bit extra for there clients. Overall this experience has actually made me want to go and get my hair done a lot more frequently not just due to the fact I loved what Jade did with my hair but for the experience itself. Thank you so much Jade I couldn’t fault you at all. I will definitely be staying at this salon and recommending it to everyone I know!!! ❤️
