Masters Bathurst

Service was friendly and efficient and the range is brilliant. Store is MUCH cleaner than other 'warehouse' stores, which is a big plus for me!

My husband locked himself out of his car whilst shopping in Masters.One member of your staff extended every help to him including (i) 'phoningNRMA for assistance, (ii) offering him a lift home to pick up a spare key,and(iii) extending every courtesy and assistance to him in what was a tricky situ.What can you say for that shopping experience except a really heartfeltTHANKYOU.Missy.

Well, I must have gone to a different Masters Store in Bathurst. Yes the staff are very friendly and did their utmost. They had to, because they apparently get no training and there appears to be no management.No one selling BBQs knew which gas fittings were required to attach a Webber to a gas bottle!In the Garden area, despite determined efforts by sales staff to find warranty information about lawn mowers (I mean they opened boxes looking for warranty cards and searched their screens for 15 minutes) I had to ring the supplier myself.How does this happen? Masters is Woolworths, right? Don't Woolworths know how to run a shop yet?

I described my timer project details to a guy called 'John' who understood perfectly and helped gather materials and cut wood accurately for intended purpose. Great customer service. Thanks John and i hope to see you there next time.

Absolutely useless. Train your staff, it then saves your customers time and money not coming back to fix their problems

Staff was fantastic at the beginning but lost interest later on. I see them sitting around the table and chatting. there are so many goods but never what I wanted.
