I've been a client of Niagara for 10 years. A hip replacement left me searching for pain relief and I was visited by a rep in my own home. After the demonstration I decided that an Apollo therapy recliner was the solution. Best decision I ever made. The enduring pain after surgery was gone. Being a medical device, it was like having a physio at home.My wife and I had discussed for some time getting a Niagara sleep system so we could both get the therapy at the same time. It was on a service call for the chair that the bed conversation started. I then decided that the bed was answer I was looking for. I was in the market for a bed anyway and decided that it made sense to buy something that would give me improvement rather than just feel good.I now use both chair and bed each day to receive CVT in the most comfortable way possible. Nancy, a lovely lady who works for Niagara therapy, visited us and showed us the use of a handheld device and of a pat. We were amazed on how quickly we felt some relief of aching legs/ hands!! We bought both items and after a second visit from Nancy, who explained again and showed us how we benefited more from using these products, we decided to purchase their chair. I took the handheld unit recently on an overseas holiday and was able to relieve my legs of swelling and pain after some long walks!! Now I am waiting for the chair to arrive - hopefully very soon and then both my husband and I will have to get sitting on the chair without a fight!

I have been using the hand held device consistently for over 2 months now and it has been extremely beneficial in my health journey.I have really poor circulation, lower pack pain as a result of a bulging disc and debilitating period pain. While I have explored a number of treatments for all these conditions and still do, I have seen tremendous benefits from Niagara Therapy. My circulation is much better and above all my period pain has reduced significantly. The hand held unit is very flexible and easy to use, I am able to place it on my stomach to target cramps as well as place it on my legs and hands which go numb during my monthly episodes. I honestly cannot see myself going through period pain without it.I have had consultations with Christian who was so wonderful in providing me with the necessary information I needed as well as a trial. I rally appreciated his kind and understanding nature. I got a chair initially and dealt with Vincent who was great. The chair helps with pain management after lots of fractures. I met with Nancy to arrange a bed, she was very helpful especially negotiating with my aged care package provider. The bed has been fabulous, I use it morning and night and the chair in the afternoon. I have a travel unit for when I'm away and hand therapy unit for hand pain. These things keep me mobile and have reduced the amount of pain killers I need to take. Nancy was easy to deal with and followed through as promised.

Big thanks to Christian Bava for his professional, thorough, and warm approach. His capacity for meeting someone where they are, and empathic listening, is exemplary. Although I don't have severe symptoms, following the treatment, I felt much less tension and more freedom in my body. I will be purchasing a CVT device in order to quickly find relief, whenever I experience joint pain, fatigue or emotional stress; and to prevent further degradation of arthritis in my fingers and the onset of other illnesses.Christian is the antithesis of a pushy salesman, and made every effort to ensure that I was confident that I could afford the product and make good use of it. I'll definitely be recommending Niagara and Christian to friends and family members.

After much pressure over a long period from my wife, Shirley, I reluctantly agreed to a demonstration of the Niagara Therapy system.The demonstration could not have been better. Christian Bava was a very friendly, confident & efficient young man who provided us with a very informative session.Following this presentation we decided to purchase the Thermo Cyclopad & the portable hand unit,We have only had the two units for a couple of weeks, so it is too early to recognise any major improvements, however, we are impressed with the quality & efficiency of the two units.We are confident we have made a good investment for our future health & well being.

I had an accident 2 years ago which was a trigger for my back pain. I was constantly going to physio and chiro appointments which wasn’t helping 100% and waking in pain.
