Never received the post box and tried contacting them in every way possible. Eventually asked for a refund and finally got a response and 1/2 my money back. Actual scam job. Don’t waste your time or moneyIn response to the pathetic owner’s responseI contacted them 20 times in the last month with no response to which I eventually messaged to say I’d like a refund. Which I received immediately. Still without a responseWho just gives a refund without trying to rectify the situation first. Dodgy and TERRIBLE customer service. DO NOT USE

Although I received what I had paid for, after waiting for three months, it was a very poor customer experience and for that I would not recommend engaging with Breast Milk Jewellery.Also; Jenny Zhang (first reviewer) works with/for Breast Milk Jewellery.

I ordered a ring from the promotion they had back in December 2021 - payment done through laybuy. 2 out of 4 payments have been paid.Laybuy payment missed for the 3rd and Cindy Hobbs was able to email me the remaining invoice to pay out. (8th Jan) I couldn’t access my email during the time so wasn’t able to pay the invoice (invoice only had a 7 day duration). I emailed a reply on 25th Jan 2022 if it could be resent so I can pay it.From that date I have sent a few emails for update but have heard nothing.I’m quite disheartened. I’ve always wanted something in memory of my breastfeeding journey. I was drawn to this business because the price was reasonable for families who couldn’t really afford much.It’s now May 7th & I’m heartbroken this Mother’s Day.I’ve seen updated on Facebook and insta regarding changes etc which I’m happy to wait it out as long as communication was given.I’m going to leave it behind now & hope everyone else who was able to make it through get their keepsakes.

Breathtaking piece of jewellery. I love my ring so much. I had so many compliments. Also, excellent communication and response times. I was surprised to receive it in such a short time frame.

I had the pleasure of using Cindy for my 4th child. I had previously used another company for my 3rd child, and while they were lovely to deal with, I felt Cindy had surpassed the professionalism and she was also very personable.Everything was explained from a technical standpoint, I saw photos during the process, I was absolutely impressed with the facilities and the communication was absolutely fantastic.I have also continued to use Cindy for inclusions and even at times lots of advice.I find her helpful, professional and really personable. From my experiences with BMJ I feel as though I’ve gained a friend.The process of handing over my ‘DNA’ was very easy. I could never trust another company the way I trust hers. The admin and cataloguing and posting was very well communicated during this process.My past experiences with other companies were never this thorough. I wish I had of found Cindy and her team many years ago for my other children.I’m glad I was recommended to her and I will continue to recommend her to others.Thank you for all your help. I love your work and I love how you’ve helped capture and hold my memories. Your artistry is absolutely a talking point when I wear them. People are in awe. Continue to wow the masses!- Kirsty Z

I absolutely love the beads of my mum’s ashes with crushed opal. It helps me feel connected to her whenever I wear them. I ordered one each for her grandchildren. If they ever need to connect with their Nanna they can play with the beads and don’t have to go to a morbid cemetery. I’m also a science teacher and I teach my students that we are all made from stardust and my mum’s bead is a representation of the stardust she carried in her body. It really helps to link our connection to the universe and to each other. I also have a breastmilk bead which helps me to remember the special breastfeeding bond I had with my 3 children. It especially helps now that they are turning into teenagers and I need those special memories to help me through. Thankyou Cindy, your work is so special and so needed. So many people comment on my jewellery when I tell them what it’s made from and say they’d like to get some made when their special people pass on.

DON'T BUY FROM HERE!!! I put an order in for a breastmilk ring, using the last little bit of milk from my last child. I didn't have much, as I had issues feeding, so this was very special to me. Anyway, they received my inclusions in Nov 2020, after 3 months I started emailing to follow up my order, taking into account COVID. Within 5 months I had sent SEVEN emails, with only 2 responses, unfortunately, the last response was due to a frustrated email from me saying this is the worst service I have received. Straight away, they were refunding my money (which they did do), but I was left without my inclusions or a ring. That's not what I wanted, al I wanted to know was when my ring would be ready. So now I am heartbroken, this was something supposed to be so special to me and now I have no ring, and no inclusions to send to someone else to make, they did offer to send my inclusions back at the cost of $100!!! and refuses to do a re-sale!!!! All I wanted was this precious gift and it's turned out to be a nightmare. Please if you can find another company to use, do so :-(

What an interesting business this is to deal with. I think the owner is as crazy as the business ( said with alot of respect ) The website is easy to work with and the clearly marked tabs do help with the navigation. Now ordering something from Breastmilk Jewellery is not like ordering from a large companies ( so your not just on the production chain ) there is alot of love and care taken into every part from start to delivery.The turn around time is very small taking everything into consideration and if given clear instructions from the start it just makes things easier ( well I think so anyway ) So place the order in correctly from the start and it will be all goods.Just follow the FAQ page carefully and the part of the page that gives you information on ring size is actually a slide presentation.Its all there on the website and everything is handled with highest care and respect.10 out of 10 would order again!
