Turned to CameraPro today to purchase my secondary camera and lens for our wedding photography/film business and these guys were amazing. I tried a number of other stores who either didn't call me back or didn't have the stock.From dealing with Misty on my initial phone call to the amazing store service we couldn't fault them at all. I'll definitely be dealing with CameraPro for all of our business purchases for the future.

Ordered a camera from this store, they charged me $2000 or whatever. Next day I get an email saying they need to verify my credit card and there will be a seperate $1 transaction on my card. 3 days later and I still havn’t received the $1 transaction. I sent them a screenshot of the original transaction from my bank but thats not enough. They need a photo of my credit card and drivers license. They are basically saying they don’t trust their customers. I asked for a refund out of principle. Still waiting for the refund.

Have purchased many and varied things from Camera Pro, Newstead, Brisbane. Highly recommend them. Always super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Never pushy! Nothing is difficult. Always competitive prices and I’d much rather have great service and support than go elsewhere and maybe, save a few dollars (sometimes).

I purchase a simple cable from CameraPro to tether my camera to my laptop for some Studio work. Online the web page said that the cable was in stock. So I purchased because I wanted it quickly. Only after I purchased did they contact me and tell me that the cable needed to be ordered. Top me this is false advertising. I had previously had good dealings with them. This however left a bad taste in my mouth. I will double check them in the future because clearly they can't be trusted.

I live in a regional town in SA, I went online but wasn’t sure about a couple of things so I emailed the team.. Misty from Camera Pro in Newstead QLD emailed me back and was sooo helpful! We liaised through email and I did an online purchase through her for my new camera / lens and accessories. Her prompt replies and helpful answers really made the process so easy. I buy a lot of audio visual gear online and CameraPro provided by far the best service I have received to date. I paid the extra ~$10 for express delivery and received my goods in just over 26 hours. Very impressive given that I live in Perth. Customer service was 5 star.
