Just sending an email to let you all know how amazing your installation team for Air Conditioners are.They were so respectful, helpful, cheerful and left my home in perfect condition. When I came home from work on the Friday afternoon after they had competed the installation I would not have known that they had even been to my home. The only thing that told me that they had been was the new control panel on the wall in the hall!I would also like to thank the installation team and all the other staff who we have dealt with in regards to keeping our old air conditioner ‘alive’ for as long as they did and for the seamless process of the quoting and installation of the new system.Cannot thank you all enough. Will most certainly be recommending you to anyone who needs a air conditioner serviced or a new one.

The remote control for one of my air conditioning units had failed, after many years of good service, yesterday I attended your showroom to purchase a replacement unit. Staff where very helpful and as a replacement unit would have to be ordered the gentleman who was assisting me provided me with a second hand control unit to see if it would solve the problem, which it did. I have purchased 3 separate air conditioning units from your company always very happy with both the price and the installation. Yesterday example of excellent constructive service is why I will continue to use and would highly recommend your company to others. Thank you

When I received a quote from Coles Refrigeration for the repairs to my air-conditioner, I was struck by the cost of a fan motor that needed to be replaced. So I researched prices online and discovered the same model fan was being sold for considerably less. I emailed the technician immediately in the hope that he could persuade Coles to give me a discount on their price.Not long after, the same day, I received a phone call from the Coles technician who said he'd be pleased to match the price from the other supplier. He then said, You do realise that the price quoted by Coles was for two fan motors

Booked a service and paid immediately whilst onsite.Few days later message on controller said filters need cleaning".Rang them and they said they would get back to within the hour.Days later still nothing ."

Don’t let the slightly higher cost fool you as to say Coles is the best in Newcastle is putting it very lightly indeed. Thanks Mitch! All the best.

Coles were absolutely brilliant. We recently needed to get a modification done re our air conditioning unit to accomodate new roof insulation. Coles coordinated their times with short notice to do what was required for the insulation and they provided a top quality and professional service. The coordination and planning was also done by one of their key guys (Matthew Urquhart) whilst he was on holiday. I would recommend Coles to anyone.

They advised on the right product for each situation. Installers arrived when they said, did the job, cleaned up and explained the system.Have recommended them to friends and family who also used them and were just as happy.
