Pizza Hut Woolloongabba
I bought a medium meatlovers pizza and a garlic bread from the wooloongabba pizza hut store for the 3rd time now, the first 2 times there was way too much toppings then there should have been. But the 3rd time, The pizza Tasted a bit too burnt, and didn't taste that fresh, the customer service wasn't that great either. This is why Dominoes is my number 1 pizza store as they have always been consistent with making good pizzas.Disappointed with pizza hut now, doubt I'll ever go back.

On the Friday evening, I had a stroll with two friends and the friendly staff and incredible aroma of baking pizza were greeted immediately. The restaurant quickly filled up (almost 7 p.m.) but we were able to snack a table.

The pizza was divine. A little piece of Italy in Woolloongabba. The driver was in a Mitsubishi Lancer, one of the ones that have the sick exhausts.Would I go back? I never went there in the first place - they bring the pizza to your door (In Lancers). It's 2023, this is the future we deserve.

Ordered 3 pizzas 3 sides at 5:30pm. It's now 7:00pm and can't even get in contact with the store to find out what is happening. Goes to message bank and no one is contacting us back. The app is saying it is still being prepared. Understand they may be busy, but communication would be nice.

Woolloongabba delivered wrong food.Pizza Hut online has quiet simply avoided providing a refund or to attempt to contact me back and I feel like they have not attempted to follow Australian Consumer Law guidelines and recommendation in regards to consumer rights. On a recent occasion, they delivered the wrong food. I would like a refund, but they will not engage or respond.I'd ordered and paid online. The Pizza Hut website chose to give the order to a third party associate franchise/provider (in this case - Wooloongabba Pizza Hut).I've asked for a refund using the online methods they provide and recommend for customers to contact them about issues, and because the website is where my point of contact for ordering from the online menu and position of sale occurred, I feel the online website is failing too.But Pizza Hut online just chose to ignore the request.Possibly Pizza Hut Online gave the wrong instructions to the food provider.Pizza Hut and Pizza Hut, should both work together like one big PIZZA HUT (similar to how their advertising and marketing publications strongly suggest they do)... that's my advice and suggestion for an improvement that could help avoid consumer law failures and unhappy unsatisfied customers and bad online reviews. So if Pizza Hut Woolloongabba work with Pizza Hut Online and they all together screw your order up and fail to communicate between themselves (as a unified franchise under one advertising and marketing image) they still make bank and keep your money and so does their associate franchise director (Pizza Hut Australia) you lose your money, and if you can't or won't eat the food you didn't purchase, well you go hungry.I spend hundreds on pizza every month (often thousands of dollars), I ordered from them a lot, for many personal/work and social occasions.I have no qualms, okay, for a little error here and there (within reason and for what I consider acceptable and close enough) on the odd occasions. However the order that was screwed up so royally was disgusting and absolutely unacceptable and looked deplorable and neglected during the delivery stage.1. The pizzas all had the wrong ingredients of toppings.2. The pizzas all were squashed severely, and the cheeses and sauces were spread over and stuck and absorbed into the cardboard pizza boxes.3. Some sides were missing.4. The garlic breads were squashed really flat.5. Received sides that were not purchased and were not suitable or acceptable food dietary category types. So ordering from Pizza Hut Woolloongabba - via online - is a gamble, so just be aware of the risk.As a result of the above issues and Pizza Hut's decision not to contact me about my complaint and request for refund, and that is even after they confirmed they would contact me in regards, I've stopped being a customer due to The Pizza Hut failure to honour Australian Consumer Laws and failure to meet my expectations of goods and services that I purchased from them.I feel like they stole my money and gave me trash. Not what I expect to get when buying food. Not the customer service response I expect from the multi million/billion dollar organisation that could and absolutely should do a lot better. It's not hard to turn an upset customer into a happy one.An upset customer, and your failure to provide a purchased goods or service should be viewed as opportunity for success... basic customer service and basic business 101, get some skills, fools.Misleading advertising, bad customer service, I'm not satisfied, I am disappointed.(26/dec/22: I can see Pizza Hut Wooloongabba has replied below. But it's too late, I'm no longer a customer, I have decided to buy from independent owned local pizza shops that provide quick and prompt services in regards to complaints, and that actually appreciate the need to and do provide high quality service and food as to survive in the market place.PizzaHut just doesn't need to provide high standards, good service and product quality control to survive and do business, and so they choose not to.)
