Cannot stand this place. The land plots started out as 500 m2, then 400 m2 and now down to 300 m2 for insane prices (although the price increases are only due to covid-related supply and demand). If you don't mind living severely cramped in with your eaves touching your neighbours and nowhere to park, then this is the place for you!Living on the largest island in the world should mean that we are not squashed up like sardines, but of course money is more important that living space to such a place.

Recently moved here. Nice enough estate except its full of what i can only describe as irresponsible dog owners who seem to love letting their dogs bark constantly and must be under the illusion that everybody else wants to listen to them. Its a dog barking Mecca. Personally I will only stay as long as I need to. Neighbours aren't to bad except for one, but it only takes one inconsiderate neighbour to spoil an area.
