Very bad experience with these people.1. They lied about not having a spare key when I needed it.2. For my outgoing report, they tried to charge me for something I have put in the ingoing report (side by side picture evidence). This means that they tried to charge me without trying to look at my ingoing report.3. They charged me $150 to repair a squeaky dish washer door. How on earth would I think of reporting that in the ingoing report.Take away: Don't deal with this people. If you need to, be careful. Document everything as they are super lazy but they will try to charge you with every dot they find in the walls.

Very disgusting experience with these people.They lied about the landlord needing the property and broke my lease giving me 2weeks to move out. I had to threaten tribunal to stay longer- seems they dont know the law. Only to find out they then reposted the property for $120/week more.They then tried to take my bond for tiny things that were there before i moved in. What can you expect from agents these days. Might i add the property was not cleaned nor handed to me in good condition. I complained and was told 'this is how you get it' yet was expected to give it back in top condition.Disgusting behavior.
