Customer service was horrible. I returned an unsealed product and was told they would make an exception and usually they would not take it back. When everything was done the employee demanded my physical credit card which I did not have with me. After saying I would have to return later and almost leaving he suddenly changed his mind and returned the money over apple pay. It was a 17$ item which makes this whole thing even more ridiculous.

The customer service at Techteam leaves much to be desired. While the sales staff may be helpful and friendly, the warranty process is lacking in both knowledge and execution. There is a lack of clear explanation and plans for the customer and the attitude towards resolving issues is suboptimal. It would be advisable to consider other options, as the potential savings from promotions or lower prices sometime may not outweigh the cost of poor service.

We bought a lots of staff from Harvey Norman as customer. I would like to bring them attention. For the weekend driver for delivery which was not professional and not good. The best things when you give the time frame, and suddenly sent message said i give you 5 minutes, prior 30 minutes no call received. and gone. I informed them and call them back, they won't come back! VERY BAD experience. We tried it some delivery on weekday. they are more flexible and friendly. Very disappointed.Called back the Sales person, who pick up the phone, and said manager will call back. Never call back and solve it out. if you need it in hurry, you may better carefully for that. Otherwise, please expect another 1-2 days or 2-3 hours to spend for handle the delivery which they need customer to take care for it. Not professional enough. The other company like thexxxxguy. they need more advance system at least you can track it. As listed company should spend more on track. Customers time also money and time.

I typically don't leave reviews, but feel compelled to after some of the most helpful and professional service I have ever received when buying a new speak system for my home.Rob went above and beyond in being interested and understanding exactly what I was trying to achieve to assist in finding the right home speaker solutions in store, in the kindest and most informative way.Maybe two weeks later, I was having some technical issues, and called in to the store, where Rob remembered me and my purchase as a customer. I'm generally pretty good with tech troubleshooting, but this was out of my league.He very clearly knew the right path to fix the issue, without having to return to the store, and saved me much time and effort in doing so.I hope they pay this man well, employees like this do not grow on trees. Will be returning to here for many years to come.

Never buy any computer, electronic or appliances from Harvey Norman esp the cbd store, the staff n store mgr will verbally running down at you, you will have problem to return or get back your money, insisted that they could only give you a credit voucher for a full price product that dont work properly, damaged or you are not happy about the quality of the product.Bought many things from them before, but I have NO ideas why they are so arrogant that you have never seen these behaviours in JB Hi Fi, Myer, big w or DJ!!! I was shocked! Their store manager is a joke insisted that I have to pay shipping cost for the item, n when asked them to match price for products they insisted i must spend more than a hundred to get price matched or shipping cost added to compare the price with their competitors!!! Do NOT take any non sense from them!Also i bought a canon printer last year n waited for 3 months, they sold stocks that never existed ! I ended up bought mine from catch n they delivered to me the next day and got to ring them to cancel my order because of their dishonesty about the stocks.Nobody contacted you when the stocks were not existed after they took your money.I believe that all of their 5 stars reviews are mostly paid agents written for them, there are fake reviews, mainly because they have too many 1 star" reviews! they lied to you to buy expensive extended warranty thats not even existed!"

I purchased a portable air-conditioner online, it was $, and the calculated delivery fee was $49. I was ok with that, given it was to be home delivered. Was told it would be in 1-2 business days.Get a call the same day from QV Harvey Norman to say they'd like to deliver it the next day (awesome). The guy who called then proceeds to tell me I need to pay a delivery fee. I was confused, as I had already paid a delivery fee. He said he'd consult his manager. I get a call a bit later from said manager telling me because I'd said I had stairs at my apartment, I had to pay the delivery fee again ($45), cause they'd need to make sure the guy could carry it up stairs. I asked if he'd have the proper equipment to lift it, as I wouldn't be helping. He assured me they would.He then asks me to give him my credit card details over the phone. I was a bit taken aback by this, as no where on the harvey norman website does it say that I'd have to pay twice for delivery. It specifically says when you look up delivery:The delivery fee is calculated by the size and weight of the items

Editing my review. Service used to be great here compared to another retailer. Staff were helpful and eager to assist.However the previous 3 times I have come to purchase something I have been ignored whilst your staff members continue ue to chat to each other. This has occurred in two different departments.
